… but my dad does. He’s lived a big life. Fought in WWII. Raised two sons. And now, he’s battling lung cancer. When he told me the news, I knew his strength – and all of our strength – would be tested. Because cancer isn’t just one person’s fight, it’s a family’s fight. He’s receiving treatment at Levine Cancer Institute with support from the senior oncology clinic and doing very well. They’ve made treatment easy for him, which in turn makes it easy on us.

She created the memorable television drama “My So-Called Life” which starred Claire Danes. Holzman got her start writing for the acclaimed drama “thirtysomething” and later executive produced (again with Marshall Herskovitz and Edward Zwick) “Once and Again.” Other theatre work includes the musical Birds of Paradise (with composer David Evans) and a ten-minute play called Post-its: Notes on a Marriage which she wrote with her husband, actor Paul Dooley. EUGENE LEE (Scenic Designer) has been resident designer at Trinity Rep since 1967. He has BFA degrees from the Art Institute of Chicago and Carnegie Mellon University, an M.F.A. from Yale Drama School and three honorary Ph.Ds. Mr. Lee has won three Tony Awards for Bernstein’s Candide, Sondheim’s Sweeney Todd and Wicked.
