l. My name is Clare Belk. I am a born aised Colorado native and currently up north in Wellington. I graduated om Colorado State University in mber of 2020 with my bachelors in mal Science. I spent lots of hours in plants with the CSU Meat Judging m. After a few years outside of the ry, I have since returned to CSU and currently managing the CSU Meat ng Catering Team. I work alongside ther Meat Lab Managers to run our ore front, Ram Country Meats.

ddition to my full-time job, I run a l cattle operation with my dad and nd. I have a large focus on the beef try and producing a quality product ing direct to consumers. On top of ing on raising quality beef we take occasional heifer to a show or two!

on isn't always my first concern on a asis while I hang out in a Meat lab or our cows and horses, but I do have sion for all things western fashion ide of that. Layering and adding a turquoise are my signature! I think on is a way to express yourself and getting to style myself and others to mazing in what they wear for a night ut on the town... or just ‘cause!
