If supplying HTML5, reference images locally and submit image fragments along with the HTML code.
HTML5 creatives must be SSL compatible.
UTF-8 must be used for non-ASCII characters.
Flash content and Flash fallback (SWFs and FLVs) are not allowed to serve with an HTML5 ad.
HTML requirements:
HTML5 ads must include: <!DOCTYPE html> declaration <html> tag <body>tag
Ad format size meta tag within the <head> tag.
Explicit end tags (inline ending tags will not be accepted):

No image maps.
No mail to tags.
Designer must test creatives across all major browsers and versions prior to submission.
Ads can be fully third-party served.
Only the RGB colour format is supported. JPG files in CMYK format should be converted to a GIF or PNG.
Animated GIF ads must be slower than 5 FPS.
