The challenges of the foreclosures and short sales may linger a while, but for the most part, I believe the market of despair is over! My history in the Real Estate World began in 1968 when there was no Multiple Listing Service. Our exclusive agreement with the homeowner was our cardboard sign stapled to the tree. There were limited professional standards and few remedies for those cutting corners... The marketplace flourished and sagged three or four times in those developmental years. Home mortgage interest rates skyrocketed to 18%. And the economy reacted with disdian. In the early 2000s the federal deregulation allowed ‘credit debt swap’ and that proved to be a world economy disaster. All these obstacles are in our past. We here at Netter Real Estate have learned the hard way time and time again. We work HARD. Computers, software, and the Internet have opened a clear window for the interrelation between Consumers and Realtors.
