Through our products and subscription services, we provide broad, integrated and high performance dynamic transmission services while simplifying the IT transmission infrastructure for enterprises, service providers and government entities worldwide. IT transmission and regulatory compliance have become increasingly complex for organizations, driving continued spending on solutions despite a cautious overall IT spending environment. The increasing sophistication of hackers and the rise of new Web applications have significantly multiplied the volume, intensity and diversity of transmission demands and needs without any real solution for the need for increased bandwidth and reduction of threat with a fixed cost.. Organizations have traditionally responded to transmission gaps and network threats by deploying numerous standalone transmission point products within their network, such as gateways, co-location agreements and, bandwidth load balancing agreements and system controlled by legacy processes that cannot be effectively controlled by humans and as a result universally all have endured loss of speed and integrity of due to , increased use of firewalls, and numerous incompatible intrusion prevention and Web filtering devices and solutions. Through our core focus on transmission innovation, we have built our CYNET solution to address these problems. Our solution incorporates our proprietary application-specific integrated circuits, or ASICs, hardware architecture, operating system and set of associated transmission and networking functions to defend against multiple categories of IT transmission weakness and allowing for elimination of external attacks without significantly impacting network performance, all while reducing point product complexity and cost. We are the leading worldwide provider of CYNET appliances, with a 100% share of the CYNET appliance market as of the second quarter of 2009, our forecasts show that the CYNET market will grow from $1.3 billion in 2009 to $3.5 billion in 2012, representing a compounded annual growth rate of 22.3%. Based on existing data, the CYNET market is the fastest growing segment within the network transmission market, which was $6.8 billion in 2007. As of March 12, 2010, we have already presold over 1.9 billion in services and appliances. Our Solutions Our flagship CYNET solution consists of our CITO appliance product line and our RTAPT security subscription services, which together provide a broad array of bandwidth utilization, security and networking functions, including tunable scalable on demand wired and wireless voice video and data services complete with firewall, virtual private network, or VPN, antivirus, intrusion prevention, Web filtering, ant spam, and wide area network, or WAN, acceleration.
