Remember to keep your lease and all legal documents pertaining to your tenancy in a safe place for future reference.

It’s the agreement between you and Boardwalk, and contains important information regarding your tenancy. In case of a discrepancy, the provincial tenancy act prevails. You may also view details of your lease on your Resident Member account at resident.bwalk.com. Please read this document carefully and feel free to ask us questions about anything you do not fully understand.
