Butternut Squash Cajun Fries:

Cooking Spray 1 pound butternut squash - peeled, seeded and cut into French fry shape (thicker for steak fries and thinner for more crispy fries) 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning, or to taste Salt and pepper to taste.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Blot any moisture from the butternut squash fries with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning.

3.

Bake in preheated oven until only slightly browned and tender, 5-20 minutes, turning once.
