1 ½ lbs lean ground beef (at least 93% lean) 1 medium onion, chopped 1 (12 ounce) bottle chili sauce 1 (10.75) ounce can condensed tomato soup, undiluted ½ cup canned or cooked pumpkin 1 tsp salt

1. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. 2. Add the chili sauce, soup, pumpkin, salt, pumpkin pie spice, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 hour. Serve on whole grain buns, if desired.
