1 ½ cup cubed cooked turkey breast 1 small apple, chopped ¼ cup finely chopped celery ¼ cup light or fat free mayonnaise 2 Tbsp fat free plain yogurt 2 Tbsp chopped walnuts ¼ cup grapes, quartered

Waldorf Turkey Salad Nutrition per serving (turkey salad alone): 127 calories, 5g fat, 12g protein, 9g carbohydrate, 0g fiber

1/8 tsp ground nutmeg 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon Salt and pepper to taste

In a bowl, combine the all the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with toasted whole grain bread, crackers, or salad greens.
