About Sedation Dentistry Grand Rapids Conscious sedation is indicated when both patient and dental indications are present. It is the combined assessment of these two types of indications that should be the basis for suggesting whether a certain type of oral examination or treatment should be done conventionally or under some type of sedation or general anesthesia.
