The Luxury Villa is located a few meters from Es Trenc Natural Park, ideal to relax and enjoy nature. It has 160 sqm over two floors. The terrace connects the house with the garden and the private 30 sqm pool. On the first floor there is an independent suite with a 16 sqm terrace with direct views over Es Trenc Natural park.
