hen you select a builder, consider this...
Fixed Price vs. Cost Plus Contracts – We are a fixed price custom home builder. Once we sign an agreement, the price is set unless our customer requests changes during construction. We do not write “cost plus” open ended contracts where the

final numbers are not known until up to 60 days after completion.
