This Manual is the compilation of products and ideas accumulated throughout the thesis year at Virginia Polytechnic Institute + State University. It serves as an organizational tool to guide one through the design process of a factory and the various questions that arise concerning the manufacturing process of a community in the future. This manual highlights the interactions of urban planning ideas, architectural manifestations, and prototypical details in a search for a holistic design that exists based on the input and interactions of the people in the community it has designed and built.
