Happiness is a genuine gift. We give happiness because we like to receive it too. We know we are genuinely happy because we show it without nothing to prove. Also we give it without wanting anything in return. A lot of times when I release my happy spirit no one can bring it down. Those are days I am loaded with positivity and all smiles. Anyone who loves to put me down is trying to ruin my happy spirit. Sometimes an individual is so bitter inside they can’t stand to see someone else smiling or beaming with joy. Oh well it won’t dim my light because they are so miserable. Miserable people are ready to communicate bad vibes and probably want trouble. Their situations are not what they hoped for so they will verbally or physically try to stop your progression of happiness.
Happiness Is A Genuine Gift
Unhappy people will always have a problem and try to be troublesome for others. They are very hard to deal with and people do end up trying to avoid them. I enjoy spreading happiness and seeing others genuinely happy. It brings me joy to see others happy at work, school, leisure time, shopping, etc. Usually real happiness is long lasting and it doesn’t fade because of a little situation. Happy people know how to bounce back from temporary problems that causes an unpleasant distraction. Things come up all the time but returning to your happy self is important to maintain a healthy mind. True happiness brings happiness and peace to others. It is something that spreads like the yawning effect. One yawn causes someone else to yawn. Happiness is contagious and causes joy to beam from one individual to the next. I believe once people get to know me they rather see me
Good Vibes
Quiet People Think Outloud Not much of a talker… strong feelings encourage me to open up for a few reasons. Sometimes other people see what I’m going through because it may help them understand me better. Then again that may not help because usually I am very much misunderstood. Oh well that’s life. Sometimes people realize that someone else is going through something they went through so they don’t feel so alone in that area anymore. That’s what it takes sometimes for people to unite. I believe in helping people when I can and I love to bring smiles to people's faces. It makes my heart happy. It’s a good thing to be encouraging and spread good vibes. This world needs a lot of love...
Workplace Vulnerability Are men and women vulnerable in the workplace?… harassment is defined as unwanted touching or unwanted attention of any kind. Many people ignore this topic but go through it on a daily basis. Some cases are less severe than others. Some men find a woman attractive and they go into territorial mode and feel like she is all his. They don’t even let the woman decide if she is willing to choose him or someone else. In the workplace there are women who flirt and there are women who don’t care for any kind of attention. They make sure they put in a days worth of work. There is nothing wrong with holding a conversation with someone you are comfortable with.
But what if you’re not comfortable with the person who is constantly trying to approach. It’s a gutsy feeling or a “OMG here he/she comes again!’, moment. That’s the type of thought in your mind. It just leaves you wondering why does he/she keep trying so hard. I’ve come to the conclusion that with most it’s a game. They love the cat and mouse game but everyone isn’t playing. They can’t figure out why this woman or this man won’t talk to them or give them any kind of attention. The answer is people are attracted to what they like. If someone is constantly avoiding you then that’s the way the cookie crumbles. Trying to make someone comfortable around you doesn’t work. It’s best to just leave them alone. They are not feeling you for whatever reason. The person’s style, vibe, speech, or the way they carry theirselves are reasons they may be rejected. My experience at work is that I want to be professional and congenial. I can’t just tell this person to bug off or leave me alone. I definitely want him to understand that I’m not interested and there’s nothing he can say or do to make me want him. Some people have gone through this a time or two in their lives. Unwanted attention can happen to men or women. The individual stalking to get attention and is being constantly rejected is not a good feeling. Being stalked is an even worse feeling for the person who doesn't want the attention. Rejection is not easy to take but it’s a lesson to learn. Everybody doesn’t vibe well together so find someone you vibe with and stick with them. Women are more likely to be taken advantage of in the workplace. The unnecessary brushing up against her: the I’m going to walk in front of her so she notices me move; the I’m going to give her the look; and there’s the stare down from stalker to victim. All of these are aggressive behaviors that push the one being wanted away. Unnecessary touching is something that has happened in the workplace. It’s so easy to touch a co-worker anywhere and then pass it off as an accident. Most women are ashamed to speak out about this because of the opinions of others or it is embarrassing and self shaming for the person. It is up to each individual to always be aware of their surroundings and conscious of whose getting physically close so they can prevent a possible incident. I am glad the “Me Too’ movement has started because women in every walk of life has experienced some form of harassment. Also we can't forget about the men who has been harassed too. It's a serious situation but most of the time nothing is done until a disaster happens.
Be Your Own Happy Your happiness depends on your inner peace. You need peaceful vibes vibrating from within you so it shines through you. Inner peace is something you can control. One way to control it is by taking deep breaths. As you breathe in and out you feel yourself releasing tension or stress. If you exercise regularly in the form of aerobics it releases endorphins and that is another way to minimize stress. Being your own happy is all about your interests and how you treat other people whether they are pleasant or not. Misery loves company so truly miserable people will always try to make you miserable. Sometimes they are not rude but they are always negative. That’s a true sign of unhappiness. True Peace always returns to you and true happiness always returns to you so be your own happy. You are living your best life and don't let anyone disturb your happiness.
