C H E F R A FA E L M O L I N A Executive Chef Rafael Molina has been with the Boisset family for seven years. He was attracted to the prospect of cooking for Frenchman and culinary enthusiast, JeanCharles Boisset, after mastering the complicated world of French cuisine. He is the creative genius behind all of the industry parties and special events that happen at our Napa Valley and Sonoma properties. Most recently, he completed a 12-city tour across the country with the Boisset Culinary team, recreating Jean-Charles’ “Last Supper” – a sensory dining experience inspired by his ultimate last supper menu, and was featured in Variety’s November 2019 issue as a top wine country chef.
