Butler Square is a multi-tenant skyway connected office building that accentuates the attributes of its historic, nationally acclaimed, awardwinning architecture, which includes its massive timber structure, warm and inviting natural finishes, and soaring atriums. Butler Square, built in 1906, as a 534,241 square foot warehouse was one of the first buildings in Minneapolis converted into an office building in the late 1970s. Views across brightly lit, open interior spaces allow occupants to see people moving through and working in other parts of the building, creating synergy and fostering a sense of community.
