Dear Faithful Readers-

I want to encourage you on this day. I want to remind you not to get comfortable with where you are right now in your life. It may be a wonderful place, it may be a place where you’ve gotten settled, but I must say there is more, there is something even greater. You thought you have reached your highest height, but not so, there is more. In this season, God wants you to take up your stakes and begin to move to the north, south, east and west. Either way you go, you must move. Move your nets beyond recognition. It is time for you to begin stretching yourself so that all those little things that have been trapped inside of you can be released and fall through the nets so you can catch/receive the much greater things that in store for you. The other day I was reading an article from one of my favorite magazines- and they were interviewing an actor on the recovery of his back injury. The actor was discussing how the injury helped him tackle life and view things differently. He stated that he does not make goals, because he sees goals as limitations. His reason for this is because once you reach a goal you feel accomplished, but you do not have any or diminutive desire to go further. After reading that article I began to ponder on his opinion on goals. I somewhat agree, I now view goals as “Rest Area,” you reach it, rest and regroup and get back on the road. I recall Jesus never stopped His mission until He ascended into Heaven. Many would have believed that His mission was completed after His death, but it was not. In Acts it records that Jesus went back to speak to His disciples about their missions, not to stop just because He is physically leaving them, but to keep moving, keep doing was they were taught. We must stop but we must keep moving forward. Do not let anything stop you from progressing, because when you do you are not only limiting yourself you limit and hinder God from doing what He predestined for your life. There is more beyond your goals, reach for them and don’t stop. The next day I was running with my daughter, and I set up stopping points while I was running. I would tell myself “I’m going to stop up there,” then I thought about the article, and I said no I’m going to keep going past that spot and I did. Then, I set another spot and I ran past that spot, then I reached exhaustion and my legs were saying STOP! I was like a cartoon, I telling myself, “I must not stop, few more steps.” Then I stopped. I felt extremely satisfied, because I did not let my pain or mind determine what I was going to do. In conclusion-stretch beyond all limitations, because there are greater things beyond your goals, and while you are stretching take someone along with you.

Moving in God,

The Blessings Are in Your Obedience In Joshua 1:19-20, God told Joshua if he would follow/keep the law and meditate on it day and night, he would prosper and have good success. The blessings that you are looking for are in your obedience. I know at the beginning of the year we all had a made up mind to change some things in our lives and maybe that would help you move into the arena of blessings and prosperity. But, the Bible clearly tells us, “Obedience is better than sacrifice.” God told Joshua three times within the first few verses in chapter one to be strong and courageous. What if God came to you and said go do… tomorrow. What would your response be to Him? Would you be as Daniel and go pray about it, would you be like Gideon and be afraid or would you have a response like Mary and say, “I am the Lord’s servant be it unto me as you have said? If you said no or had an excuse, my response to you would be- has God not commanded you to be strong and courageous? There isn’t any time left for you to be discouraged, afraid, or terrified. God is with you. Don’t you know if God called you to it, He will make sure that it gets complete? Joshua carried out the orders and he led the children of Israel to the Promised Land. (Joshua 1:2-6, 10-11) Now, are you ready? I’m going to answer that for you- yes. Now is the time for you to position yourself to give birth. God has told some of you a while ago to do something and you still have not done anything or completed it yet. You have let fear set in or let so-called circumstances stop you. Have you let advice from other people stop you. God needs you to fix your eyes on Him and keep them on Him. God is saying, “Hey, it’s time, hello it is time.” Do not abort. Now it is -time to go.

Your Return Daughters, the earth makes groans for the sons of God to take their rightful places. Welcome home Daughters of Zion, your kingdom has been waiting for your return. To bring you up to speed on what I am talking about, I am referring to the scriptures about the prodigal son in Luke15:11-32. When he came to his senses and remembers who he was and who is father was, he quickly returned to his rightful place. Did you notice in

the scripture that his father did not

ridicule him or curse him, but instead he had his

arms wide open and loved on

him at his return? He showed his love by

placing a robe of royalty on his

back, placed a signet ring on his finger,

signifying who he was, and the

authority that he possessed. He celebrated announced his return if he held his head

him. I wonder when his father down. NO- I know he had his head

up. I also know that he did not waste any time putting

his authority into use. Prodigal means

wasting parental money. Do not be a prodigal daughter. Do you think God blessed you with your skills just for you and only you to get ahead in life? No, your gifts, skills, and talents are for the advancing of the Kingdom of God. The Bible says in Deuteronomy because we are obedient to God’s commandments we are blessed to be a blessing. Ladies, this celebration does not exclude you in fact it includes you. Your kingdom awaits you. Question- who is running your kingdom right now? Do you know what kingdom/mountain you are to possess? Here is some help. If you heart is towards a certain area such as , children, women who are single or married, prisoners, education, media and so forth, more than likely that is your kingdom. If you find yourself always trying to improve something in a certain area more than likely that is your kingdom. I ask this question again, who is running your kingdom? If you already know where your are, is everything going smoothly, is there peace, is there prosperity, is there love, is God there? If you said no or if it is taking you a few moments to answer than, the answers are probably no. Some of us have a lot of work to do; we must start possessing, taking our rightful places, and take dominion over them.

Our land desperately needs healing and we are the ones to do it by fervent and continual prayers of God’s righteous people. That is why the earth is groaning. Just as the prodigal son did not waste any time using his authority we must not waste any time either. The signs are so apparent. The time is now for you to know how you are and who has giving you the authority, power, the right to take possession of the land. In Revelation 11:15, it says “the kingdoms of this world have become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever”. There is no reason to fear because God already placed His approval on you. You have heaven backing you up. One of my favorite scriptures that get me moving is Romans 8:31, “If God is before me than who can be against me.” I get excited when I say that scripture, especially if I repeat over and over again- watch out. That scripture ignites my faith every time I see it and speak it. The angels in heaven are rejoicing over your return, as well as I. I love to see people flourish in the area(s) that God has called them. God has chosen you to be His ambassador on the earth and to dominate the systems of this world. Remember, Jesus has already defeated Satan, and He is waiting on you to realize His promises to you. This is what we must do in order to start taking back the kingdoms. 1. Repent, the scripture says, “And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”(Matthew 3:2) 2. Fervent Prayer and Seek God 3. Get in position. Rise up Daughters of Zion and take your rightful place, so God can heal our land. Notice the Bible tells us that “He who began a good work in you is able to complete it until the day of Jesus’s return- bringing it to full completion in you”. Philippians 1:6. I challenge you today to take the necessary steps in conquering your land in Jesus name. You can do it because God said it and that is enough to know.

No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from Me,” says the Lord. Isaiah 54:17

How to Know When Your Beauty Products Expire

We all know how much we love that perfect pink lipstick or the eyeliner that’s been sharpened down to no more than a nub. But there comes a point when you have to let go and accept the reality that your favorite beauty products eventually become breeding grounds for bacteria. Here’s how to know what’s still good and what’s past it’s prime. Mascara – This is a makeup item you should be most vigilant about. As the brush is taken out, applied and put back in the tube, it brings with it any bacteria that has collected along the way. Lingering bacteria can cause redness and itchiness or even conjunctivitis (a.k.a.) pink eye and sties. Switch mascara every two to three months to be safe. Foundation – With the exception of powder formulas, all foundations are water based, which means bacteria love them. Unopened foundation can last for a couple of years, but once the seal is broken, it’s best to replace it after 6 to 12 months. Keep foundation out of moist environments, such as your bathroom, and away from heat, as high temperatures encourage the growth of bacteria and can speed up the spoiling process. This is true for all beauty products in general. Concealer – Concealers are meant to cover blemishes, not cause them, which is what can happen if you use a concealer that’s too old. You’ll know it has gone bad because the color will start to shift. Concealers in powder and stick form can last for up to two years, while liquids should be tossed after one year. Face Powder – Powders are the batteries of makeup. They keep going for up to two years. Still some powders contain small amounts of water from botanical extracts, so there’s the risk of it growing bacteria if you leave it lying around your bathroom. Look on the ingredients panel for long Latin names, these are often botanicals, and their common names are typically listed in parentheses.

11

Blush – The same rules that apply to face powder apply to powder blush, since neither contains water. Cream blush, however, should be replaced after a year. To prolong the life of any blush, your blush brush should be cleaned regularly and store it in a dark dry place. Moisture can come in the form of residue from your foundation and face cream as well. When you apply blush over foundation, the oils cling to the bristles and transfer to the blush. This will eventually cause a dull gray film to form on powder blush formulas, or a white, chalky layer on top of cream blush formulas. To prevent this from happening, after applying foundation, wait a couple of minutes before putting on your blush. You can also blot excess oils from your face first, then put your blush on and immediately wipe off your brush with a dry towel. With powders or creams, texture is also an indicator. If the formula has become so hard it won’t budge from the compact, it’s time to buy a new one. Eye Shadow – To keep your eyes from getting red or itchy, replace powder eye shadows after about three months. Even though they’re similar in formulation to other powders, they’re constantly in contact with mucus membranes, which creates a higher risk of transferring bacteria to the product and then back to the eyes. Pay attention to cream based shadows, which tend to grow bacteria more quickly than powders. If you use your fingers to apply, wash your hands before doing so and be aware of any color switches or off putting smells. Eyeliner – Liquid or pencil, these eye definers should be replaced about every three months. Like eye shadows, they are applied near a sensitive area and can pick up bacteria and bring it back to the eye very easily without any visible signs of contamination. Pencils will last a bit longer than liquid if you’re steadfast about regular sharpening. But you’ll know they’re dead once a white film starts to develop on the tip that can’t be sharpened off.

Lipstick & Lip Gloss – The wrong lipstick color may spoil your mood, but the risk of the formula spoiling, or bacteria growing, is low since they don’t contain any water. But since they’re repeatedly exposed to the mouth area, replacing lip products after a year is a good idea. Lipsticks and lip gloss contain oily ingredients that start to smell like stale cooking oil over time, so be sure to look out for changes in texture. You’ll know your lipstick has gone bad when it gets hard and you can’t spread the pigment on your lips, and lip gloss will feel streaky and blobby if you try to apply it. Nail Polish – Nail polish may just be the best beauty product in the beauty world, because it won’t go bad from bacteria. Eventually though, the lacquer will dry out and become thick and clumpy, with the pigments settling at the bottom of the bottle. Shake it, and if it remains separated, it’s done and time for a new one.

12

Makeup Brushes & Applicators – Grungy beauty may be back, but it shouldn’t include your makeup brushes. If cleaned and stored properly, good brushes can last for years. But when the bristles start to fray or fall out, it’s time for a new set. To keep them looking pristine, wipe them off with a dry paper towel or washcloth after every use. Also give them a thorough cleaning every two weeks with a gentle shampoo. The best way to store them is propped up right in a glass, where they can air out and won’t get squashed or deformed. Cheap makeup sponges should be replaced after two uses, one side and then the other. Not only will old, porous sponges suck up too much makeup, but they are little bacteria pits if left sitting around.

Do Clothes Make A Person?

Yes No Yes and No

Some Responses -The answer is "No." If clothes made a person I Samuel 16:7 ("But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look

not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart.") would not be necessary -Yes, only because first impressions are lasting impressions. A lot of people say that it doesn’t matter, but if you take a look at the expressions on the person’s face that you are in front of or around, they size you up according to what you look like in your clothes or just by what you’re wearing. -I think clothes can affect the way you feel about yourself, but I don't believe they define who you are as a person.

Exodus 28:3-5 – “And thou shalt speak unto all that are wise hearted, whom I have filled with the spirit of wisdom, that they may make Aaron's garments to consecrate him, that he may minister unto me in the priest's office. And these are the garments which they shall make; a breastplate, and an ephod, and a robe, and a broidered coat, a mitre, and a girdle: and they shall make holy garments for Aaron thy brother, and his sons, that he may minister unto me in the priest's office.”

The Bible says in John 15 that Jesus tells us to bear fruit that will remain, and automatically after reading this, the fruit of love was stuck in my head. But after reading about the fruit of the Spirit in my prayer book, it dawned on me that Jesus was not just talking about love but He was talking about the whole fruit described in Galatians 5:22-23. I say the whole fruit because when we are talking about God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit, we are talking about one, they are one. Also, it says the fruit is and not the fruits are. Galatians 5:22-23 (Amplified Bible) - “But the fruit of the [Holy] Spirit [the work which His presence within accomplishes] is love, joy (gladness), peace, patience (an even temper, forbearance), kindness, goodness (benevolence), faithfulness, 23Gentleness (meekness, humility), self-control (self-restraint, continence). Against such things there is no law [that can bring a charge.] Galatians 5:22-23 (New Living Translation) - “But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 Gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things! Therefore, the fruit that we must bear and remain is love, joy,

peace,

longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faithfulness, meekness, and temperance. It is crucial that we let our fruit remain because others are looking and searching for a way of escape and you could just be that one that leads them to Jesus. The word remain defined in the Encarta Dictionary means: to stay behind, continue in specified condition, require more work, and endure. Remember before Jesus left He told His disciple that He had to go and gave His disciples their assignment, and remember while Jesus was with them, He was teaching and demonstrating the fruit of the Spirit. Saying all of that, we are left behind to continue bear the fruit that Jesus demonstrated already. We must continue in His You Being the True You

specified condition. Remember Jesus said that we would do even greater works, which will require more work from us, more of Jesus and less of our flesh? We must endure to the end, and we will reap the treasures of Heaven. Our fruit ought to be manifesting in our everyday lives and everywhere we go.

Sometimes when I go out to do the grocery store, pay bills or go the spa, I tend to wonder have I represented Christ well- did they see Jesus in me? I always evaluate/critique myself for the next time around if I seen any flaws. There is a saying “that first impressions are lasting impressions.” That may be true but I know that God gives us a second chance to get right. So, while you go about your day, be sure you are bearing fruit that will remain. As we know that one seed produces many other seeds and this is how we advance the Kingdom of God.

John 15:16 – “Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.”

Types of Money Personalities - Which One Are You? By: Benjamin Gran from quizzle.com

Everyone relates to money in different ways. The way we manage our financial lives is in a large part influenced by our upbringing, peers, friends, neighbors, socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. The child of immigrants who grew up poor and worked his way through school is going to relate very differently to money than a wealthy person who inherited a vast fortune and never had to worry about where the next paycheck was coming from. While it’s true that much of a person’s “money personality” is deeply rooted in his or her life experience, we all have a choice in how we live our financial lives and how we manage our money. If we have self-awareness of what money means to us – what we love, fear or avoid about money – we are more likely to make good financial choices and enjoy a healthier, wealthier life. The Miser The Miser’s money personality is primarily motivated by fear; the Miser is afraid of scarcity, or not having enough. She fears what might happen if she ever ran out of money and saves money rigorously, always trying to save for a rainy day and worrying about the future. Misers are often financially comfortable or even wealthy, but they never feel rich; they’re always looking over their shoulder, waiting for the bad times to start. Misers often pride themselves on their independence, on being able to take care of themselves, and while it’s admirable to be in control of your finances, there’s more to life than constantly checking your bank statements. Many Misers miss out on fun opportunities or chances to be generous to others because they’re always worrying about saving more money for themselves.

The Speculator The Speculator is motivated primarily by excitement; he tends to be aggressive with his investments, always looking for the “next big thing,” always confident about his earning power. He doesn’t always pay attention to how much he’s spending or saving, because he takes the attitude that “I can always earn more.” Speculators tend to have wild up-and-down swings in their financial lives; they have a “boom and bust” mentality where they might have a really good year (or a really good month) followed by an extended period of limited income or extravagant spending. Speculators don’t take the “slow and steady” approach to managing their money; instead, their financial life is a constant roller coaster ride.

2 The Avoider The Avoider tends to be motivated by fear and denial about the reality of money in her life. She might not even know how much is in her bank account on any given day and planning for retirement feels too far away to worry about. The Avoider takes a “see no evil, hear no evil” approach to managing her financial affairs – bank statements go unopened and unexamined. As long as collections agencies aren’t calling her, that means that she’s probably doing OK – right? While it’s great not to worry too much about money, the Avoider is ultimately doing herself a disservice. By not staying informed about her finances, she’s missing out on opportunities to set the foundation for a more financially secure future.

The Spendthrift The Spendthrift is motivated by desire – for all the things, products, and experiences that money can buy. The Spendthrift is an expert in things he can’t afford, whether it’s an extravagant sports car, a closet full of designer clothes, expensive restaurant dinners or lavish vacations. The Spendthrift can always find new ways of spending money without ever giving a thought to how to save it. Life with a Spendthrift can be fun, but the fun comes crashing to a halt when it’s time to pay the bills. The Spendthrift sees money as a way to enjoy life and have fun in the here-and-now. While it’s great to live in the moment, the Spendthrift is putting himself at risk for an impoverished old age.

What type of money personality are you? Of course, not everyone fits into one of these more extreme categories, but all of us might recognize aspects of ourselves in the Miser, the Speculator, the Avoider and the Spendthrift. Some people are really cautious with their money, others are carefree – and ultimately, our money personality reflects our larger personality, lifestyle and values. Ideally, it’s best to strike a balance between these different money personalities. You don’t want to be stingy like a Miser and miss out on fun opportunities, but you also don’t want to take a hands-off approach like the Avoider. We all need to enjoy life (like the Spendthrift) but without forgetting to save for the future. We need to recognize that money comes and goes (like the Speculator) but we need to have a more balanced approach to saving, spending and investing.

“Waiting for Change” Written by Ciara McCaskill-11yrs

I can feel the pain inside of me. I’m wondering if God can hear me, Because I’m crying so helplessly For my destiny. See, I know I’ve done wrong, But I’m asking Him for forgiveness. I know I’ve made the wrong turn, But I know He has gracefulness. I’ve been waiting for this change So I can go up to Heaven. Who can get my life arranged? Only He can. Will His angels spare me grace? Or have I really done wrong? Will God put me in my place? When will the change show? I know I go to church, And I know I read the Bible, But the pain is getting worse, And I have no idol. I only worship God, And I know He respects that I worship only God, So He pats me on the back.

Tip

Just want to remind you all to make sure if and when you or your child has a doctor's appointment, please ask questions. The last time I took my daughter to the dentist, I had her to ask the questions instead of me. We discussed the questions first and she asked the questions I wasn't knowledgeable on. I feel it's important to do this because it's preparing her to do it on a consistent basis. It also shows the doctor that she's concerned about her health. I told her that if she could ask several questions pertaining to a cell phone, then she should be able to ask questions concerning her health. Her health is much more important than a cell phone. It's also a part of training her up in the way she should go and when she's old she will not part from it. If you're already doing so, please pass it on to someone that needs it. Love you all and I pray this helps. Dorothy Proverbs 22:6 NLT“Direct your children onto the right path, and when they are older, they will not leave it.”

The Dentist Says “Clean Them Up” The other day my daughter went to the Dentist because she was getting ready to get her braces put on. The Hygienist was giving her instructions on what and what not to do while she has the braces on. While she was giving so much good information, I decided to ask her a few questions on teeth hygiene. Here is what she said. Tip 1 When offering infants or toddlers sugar, it should come from natural foods not candy, cakes, or cookies. Also, the child should be at least a year old before offering sweets. Tip 2 Do not put food in your mouth then offer to your child. This causes contamination. Tip 3 Brushing teeth should be done like removing nail polish, one at a time. Bona Fide Women

How to Have Healthy Alternatives to Breakfast!

Everyone hears how Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. That is true - it is! Although Breakfast is important it is just as important to make sure we use wisdom on what we are eating for that "most important meal of the day". While having pancakes, bacon, eggs, sausage, orange juice and coffee may be very filling is it really the healthiest way to start our day? I would venture to say NOT! That particular breakfast is full of calories, fat and cholesterol. You can start you day with some this filling and healthy. Here are a few suggestions: *Instead of the Sugary Cereals - Eat oatmeal. Oatmeal is a wonderful source of fiber, protein and it lowers our cholesterol. Add fruit like strawberries, cranberries or raisins with a little bit of 100% maple syrup (for that extra energy kick) and you have a filling and healthy breakfast! *Instead of a fast food Burrito - Make your own. It is quick, taste better and is healthier for you. Use a wheat tortilla and warm it up using just a tad of olive oil. Cook egg white instead of regular eggs for your filling. Add low fat cheese for the inside of your healthy burrito. You may also want to include salsa (watch the salt) or tomatoes, parsley, maybe other herbs in place of table salt. Jolla! Healthy burrito - low in fat, salt, cholesterol and high in fiber, protein, and definitely will get your metabolism going! *Instead of Waffles and lots of syrup - Try a lightly sweetened multi-grained waffle with strawberries, blueberry, or kiwi. Use that wonderful 100% maple syrup which is so much better than the imitation syrup. Now you are still having a great tasting breakfast! *Instead of your traditional English muffin - try a multi-grain English muffin. The multi-grain is lower in calories - 130 calories versus 400 calories for a regular English muffin. Also instead of cream cheese try farmer cheese which is low in fat and high in calcium. *Instead of the traditional pancakes, sausage, potatoes and eggs - try poaching your eggs instead of frying them. When you poach your eggs you get rid of all the fat and use water instead. Exchange pancakes for some multi-grain wheat toast. Pancakes are great tasting, but not great for you. Substituting multi-grain wheat toast is an excellent way to get fiber, and lower the fat in your diet. Try turkey bacon instead of sausage. Sausage is full of fats, calories, and many times additive and preservatives, turkey bacon or even turkey sausage is a better alternative. We love our potatoes but using sweet potatoes for our home fries are delicious. Cut them up like you would regular potatoes and onions, sea salts a bit of pepper. To cut down on the fat fry them in bit of canola oil. Now you have fried potatoes that are rich in potassium, fiber, vitamin C, carotenoids and low in calories! Simple Word Jude 1:17-25

A Call to Persevere “But, dear friends, remember what the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ foretold. 18 They said to you, “In the last times there will be scoffers who will follow their own ungodly desires.” 19 These are the people who divide you, who follow mere natural instincts and do not have the Spirit. 20 But you, dear friends, by building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, 21 keep yourselves in God’s love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life. 22 Be merciful to those who doubt; 23 save others by snatching them from the fire; to others show mercy, mixed with fear—hating even the clothing stained by corrupted flesh. 24 To him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy— 25 to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen.”

BEFORE THE LORD

II SAMUEL 6:1-21

David again brought together all the able young men of Israel—thirty thousand. 2 He and all his men went to Baalah in Judah to bring up from there the ark of God, which is called by the Name, the name of the LORD Almighty, who is enthroned between the cherubim on 3 the ark. They set the ark of God on a new cart and brought it from the house of Abinadab, which was on the hill. Uzzah and Ahio, sons of Abinadab, were guiding the new cart 4 with the ark of God on it, and Ahio was walking in front of it. 5 David and all Israel were celebrating with all their might before the LORD, with castanets, harps, lyres, timbrels, sistrums and cymbals. When they came to the threshing floor of Nakon, Uzzah reached out and took hold of the ark of God, because the oxen stumbled. 7 The LORD’s anger burned against Uzzah because of his irreverent act; therefore God struck him down, and he died there beside the ark of God. 6

Then David was angry because the LORD’s wrath had broken out against Uzzah, and to this day that place is called Perez Uzzah. 9 David was afraid of the LORD that day and said, “How can the ark of the LORD ever come to me?” 10 He was not willing to take the ark of the LORD to be with him in the City of David. Instead, he took it to the house of Obed-Edom the Gittite. 11 The ark of the LORD remained in the house of Obed-Edom the Gittite for three months, and the LORD blessed him and his entire household. 8

Now King David was told, “The LORD has blessed the household of Obed-Edom and everything he has, because of the ark of God.” So David went to bring up the ark of God from 12

When those who were carrying the ark of the LORD had taken six steps, he sacrificed a bull and a fattened calf. 13

Wearing a linen ephod, David was dancing before the LORD with all his might, 15 while he and all Israel were bringing up the Ark of the LORD with shouts and the sound of trumpets. 14

As the ark of the LORD was entering the City of David, Michal daughter of Saul watched from a window. And when she saw King David leaping and dancing before the LORD, she despised him in her heart. 16

They brought the ark of the LORD and set it in its place inside the tent that David had pitched for it, and David sacrificed burnt offerings and fellowship offerings before the LORD. 18 After he had finished sacrificing the burnt offerings and fellowship offerings, he blessed the people in the name of the LORD Almighty. 19 Then he gave a loaf of bread, a cake of dates and a cake of raisins to each person in the whole crowd of Israelites, both men and women. And all the people went to their homes. 17

When David returned home to bless his household, Michal daughter of Saul came out to meet him and said, “How the king of Israel has distinguished himself today, going around half-naked in Psalm 149:3 full view of the slave girls of his servants as any vulgar Let them praise his fellow would!” name in the dance: 21 let them sing praises David said to Michal, “It was before the LORD, who unto him with the chose me rather than your father or anyone from his house when he appointed me ruler over the LORD’s timbrel and harp. people Israel—I will celebrate before the LORD. 22 I will become even more undignified than this, and I will be humiliated in my own eyes. But by these slave girls you spoke of, I will be held in honor.” 23 And Michal daughter of Saul had no children to the day of her death. 20

I am not going to say much about these scriptures because the message is clear. Let me encourage you, when you are in church, at home, wherever, if you find the need or desire to praise God, do not be intimidated by people with their stares/looks, don’t even be concerned about what they are saying. As you read, YES, sometimes it does take all of that when praising God. David was rejoicing and dancing before his God, because God was good to him and gave him victory over his enemies. In verse 12, God chose David to carry the Ark of the Covenant, and He has chosen you too. David chose to leave the Presence of God with someone else when he gave the Ark to Obed-Edom, and because of that, he missed his blessings. Ladies- I don’t care what has happened in the past or even what may be going on right now, please don’t stop praising or rejoicing before God. Do not turn your back on God because of someone else. Your strength, joy, love, peace, healing is found in His presence. You carry His presence with you. We do not have to carry pieces of wood and gold, but we represent the Ark. We carry His presence; He sits on the throne of our hearts. So continue to Praise God with all your might and the blessings of the Lord will remain on you.

No More Idle Words No more wimpy, powerless words. Our words are to be words of POWER. When we speak, we are to be seeing something happen, something manifesting. Things are to be lining up with the Word of God. Something that is making the Kingdom of God and His will to be done. Our words should be advancing the Kingdom of God. It’s simple to do. If you're not going to speak His Word, then keep silent, because a change must take place; we have enough fruitless trees because of our words. We have enough mountains and boulders around us because of our words. Stop it and be quiet until you are ready to start binding, casting, praising, thanking, and speaking the word of God. In the book of John Jesus said, “I only speak what my father tells me to speak and do what he tells me to do.” Say, do, teach and touch what God tells you to do. No more idle words. The Bible tells us that we will give an account for every idle word. Now is the time to repent and stop using lame words that don’t move anything and start using and speaking what God tells you to say. You want change? Then let's get to it, say it, believe it, do it. Do it again, say it, believe it, do it. Don't stop, just do it again, again, and again until it comes to pass. Do not let another vain word come out of your mouth, not even the people around you. What you say determines what will happen in 2011. Now create something new.

The Hook Up

Where has your Lover gone, most beautiful of women? Which way did your Lover turn, that we may look for him with you? Songs of Solomon 6:1 Ladies- where is your lover? Is He close to you? Do you talk to Him daily about different things? Do you adorn Him with praise? Or have you left Him behind? Have you placed Him in a box or a bottle? Do you even know who your lover is? I know a lot of people don’t like other people trying to hook them up, but who I’m about to introduce you to, I am sure you will fall in love with quickly. No, His name isn’t Joseph who has been in jail. No, it’s not Peter with the quick temper; I wouldn’t do that to you. No, his name isn’t Adam who doesn’t know who he is; or Matthew who is intelligent and rich and likes the finer things in life. But, better yet His name is Jesus; I know that you two will be great together. First, He will love you with an everlasting love, like no other. He won’t force His love because He is a gentleman. He has the hook up, He comes from an extremely wealthy family; in fact His daddy own the 1000 cattle on every hill. He only gives His best to those who accept His love. He will stick closer than a brother; He’s always there when you need Him. Even when you mess up He’s still there, even when you think He’s gone, He’s not. You won’t have to worry about anything, because He will give you a mansion when you say yes, place a crown on your head, and put a beautiful robe on your back because you’re special like that. So, what do you think? Can you see yourself with someone like this? Well, guess what? He’s waiting for you to call Him. All you have to say is Jesus I welcome You into my heart, create in me a clean heart and renew the right spirit within me. I believe that You are the son of God, and that He raised You from the dead. I need you, Jesus, in my life. I repent of all my sins, please forgive me. I receive Your forgiveness- thank You. Thank You for making me new, thank you for loving me and being patient with me. Take me in Your arms and never let me go. Congratulations! You are now in the biggest family ever, the family of God. You are now clothed in the robe of righteousness, and the crown of salvation. Now, beautiful women- Bona fide Woman of God- go walk in your authority and know who you are and whose you are. Stay close to your lover and He’ll show you things you never knew. Stay close because there’s no greater love than the love of Jesus. Your match maker- Rozann Bona Fide Women
