RESERVATIONS Making reservations for your catered event is easy. Please make your for your catered event at or by calling Bon catering office at (315) 859-4985. So that we can serve you better and avoid a late service charge, we kindly ask that you make reservations for your formal service events at least one week prior to the event. Coffee and beverage requests must received no later than 48 hours prior to the event. All orders received within 48 prior to request date are subject to approval.

Alcoholic beverages may be served at private events upon satisfaction of laws and College's policy. If a bartender is required for your event, labor fee for each bartender is $30 per hour. Bartenders are staffed one hour to your event and one hour after your

DROP-OFF Drop-off service is recommended for beverage, continental breakfast, and deli buffets. It does not include any or linens. Your order will be dropped off and picked up at the times specified on your event order.

A self-service option is recommended for informal affairs or business meetings where less than 25 guests will be in attendance. will not be with this service level. This service level includes tabletop linens only, and paper or disposable service ware is recommended. Your buffet will be beautifully presented and ready to start at your convenience.

This service level is for receptions, luncheons, dinners, and receptions serving more than 25 guests. Tabletop linens are included for tables and guest seating tables. All steps of service (hors-d'oeuvres, entrees, will be presented as buffet service. Depending on your menu, an onsite may be for a $35 service charge. FORMAL TABLE SERVICE This service level includes for formal dinners, and tray-passed cocktail receptions.
