Urbaniza Concept and Design is a Design and Development company created to promote better commercial interaction for business, and to facilitate sustainable development opening new opportunities through Master Planning, Concept, Design and Services. Our company has experience in Real Estate Development and has developed projects in Brazil, Europe, South America and United States. We design innovative solutions for projects that promote a more innovated, integrated and sustainable needs.

CONCEPT & MASTER PLAN
The Master Plan is, first of all, the reflection of the concept of what one wants to achieve. It provides a conceptual layout to guide the future growth and development of a project, establishing the connection between the goals sought, the opportunities identified, adjusting and tailoring the environments, from a business model. The Master Plan is intended to illustrate and organize what is being proposed and how ideas can be incorporated.
THE MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THE MASTER PLAN ARE: Provide a conceptual framework for developing a project, finding a unique sense of place and turning a property or area into a balanced and vibrant space. Identify conceptual design guidelines and criteria that will be applicable to project development. Provide a harmonic connection between the different parts of the project, identifying the best phase division and adaptability.
BUSINESS CONCEPT As part of the Business Concept, we review the market opportunities and the competitive position of the area, especially with regard to the c h a ra c te r i s t i c s a n d vo c a t i o n o f the region, analyze the proposed development and compare th e trend of the place and the region, in order to reach the scenario of an appropriate and assertive proposal.
