What I love about gymnastics is learning new skills, overcoming fears and cheering the team.
Every time someone is scared of doing something new, we just say: ‘You can do it’, ‘You got this’ and then they’ll get it.

Lien. Age 15.
Three good habits I learnt through training are:
1. Not to give up. Even if I’m failing, I know I need to keep on going.
2. Listen to others’ advice. I consider what other people say even if then I decide it might not be right for me.
3. Be confident. Both in myself and my skills.
