Welcome! At Violet Crown Studio, we specialize in creating heirloom quality art, designed for and inspired by you. I’m Lisa Ashcroft, owner and photographer at Violet Crown Studio. I’ll take the time to get to know who you are so that your portraits reflect your personality and style. It’s my honor to be your photographer, whether you’re celebrating a milestone or just making sure that memories, expressions and personalities are captured. The time that I invest during the actual photography session is only a small portion of my commitment to creating the experience for which Violet Crown Studio has become known. The Experience 3
Consultation
We’ll begin with a consultation in your home where we will: • Decide on the perfect photo shoot location (and sometimes theme). We’ll decide the location together to choose a backdrop for your portraits that perfectly reflects who you are and your style. • Help plan out what to wear. If you want us to rummage through wardrobes together, we can do that! • Scope out and discuss potential walls where you would like to display your portraits. You now have Violet Crown Studio as your personal portrait art designer. We’ll take all of the guesswork out of the right size and arrangement that will display your portraits best. 2
Photo shoot session On the day of your session, we’ll take our time and enjoy the process. Get silly. Get genuine. No rushed or forced poses. We’ll take our time and ensure we capture the genuine expressions and moments.

Session Premiere Enjoy 20% off the A-La-Carte Menu during your Session Premiere. The Session Premiere begins as we sit down together to watch the debut of your portraits in a custom slide show and continues with an array of guidance as we choose your portrait pieces. We’ll meet at the Violet Crown Studio where you can choose your products while enjoying a decadent dessert. All of our products will be on display, making the selection process that much easier. The Session Premiere is truly a luxury experience designed to give you the most personal attention possible. 4
Delivery & Installation Violet Crown Studio will deliver your products and install any purchased readyto-hang wall art. From start to finish, we’ll guide you each step of the way to leave you with family heirlooms that will be cherished for generations to come.
The portraits Lisa took of my little girl brought every aspect of her personality to life. Family Portraits
Family Session Fee: $150 The session fee secures the date and includes a 1-2 hour photo shoot in the studio or on location. Petite Session Fee: $50 Petite sessions are for 1 or 2 children and is a 30 minute photo shoot in the studio or on location. Perfect for capturing a child’s milestone, or simply who they are right now. Both session types include: • Session consultation in your home (typically lasts 45 minutes) • A personal order session within 1 week of your photo shoot • Social media files of all ordered images (watermarked & low resolution) • Online viewing and ordering gallery for family and friends

What to Expect A session with Violet Crown Studio will feel pretty much like a family play date. Get silly. Get genuine. No rushed or forced poses. We’ll take our time and ensure we capture the genuine expressions and moments that reflect who you are as a family. We’ll go from being really silly to catch the attention and playful side, to not saying a word and just letting the family be natural together. We’ll give you guidance to make you look your best, and then just let you have the space you need to interact naturally with your family. Our ultimate goal is to leave you pleasantly surprised over how much fun you just had!
SENIORS
What to Expect We’ll begin with a Getting To Know You questionnaire to understand your style and activities. Violet Crown Studio will use your answers to create a custom portrait experience that captures the individual you. From there, let us take care of everything you need for commemorating graduation, including custom a n n o u n c e me nts , prints and portrait albums.
Senior Session Fee: $150 The session fee secures the date and includes a 2 hour photo shoot in the studio or on location. Choose up to two locations and wear as many outfits as you like (the more the merrier, as it will add diversity to your portrait collection). In addition, you’ll get: • Session consultation in your home (typically lasts 45 minutes) • A personal order session within 1 week of your photo shoot • Social media files of all ordered images (watermarked & low resolution) • Online viewing and ordering gallery for family and friends

Maternity & newborns
Maternity Session Fee for mom: $50; with family $150 The session fee secures the date and includes a 30 minute photo shoot (for just Mom) or a 1-2 hour photo shoot (with family) in the studio or on location. Maternity sessions are best held between weeks 32-36, when Mom has a nice size baby belly yet still feels comfortable enough to move around. Feel free to change into as many outfits as you would like, and Violet Crown Studio also has maternity wardrobe options to choose from.
Newborn Session fee: $200
Newborn sessions typically last between 2-3 hours, allowing plenty of time for Baby to take necessary feeding breaks and cuddle time. Newborn sessions are best held within Baby’s first two weeks; that’s when we can capture those sleepy, curled-up poses.
• Newborn sessions are held in the studio where tons of props and just the right environment is provided. • We do love to involve the entire family in the newborn portraits.This not only shows off the scale of those tiny features, but also captures the raw emotion parents and siblings feel for their newest family addition. Both session types include: • Session consultation in your home (typically lasts 45 minutes) • A personal order session within 1 week of your photo shoot • Social media files of all ordered images (watermarked & low resolution) • Online viewing and ordering gallery for family and friends

Digital negatives
The high-resolution digital negatives from your session are for purchase. I do strongly suggest that you opt for the incentive of having them included with product purchases of $1000 or more for regular sessions and $500 or more for petite sessions. Reason being, I take extreme care in producing products that are top quality, taking into consideration details such as crop aspect ratios and additional editing to meet the needs of the layout. Too many times, when clients only purchase the digital negatives, these files live on the disk/ USB for far too long, only giving my clients angst. I don’t want that for you! I want you to have prints and products of top quality displayed beautifully in your home and given as gifts. That is the reason for the purchase incentive: to ensure that you leave the photography experience with Violet Crown Studio having treasured pieces in hand and on display...pieces that will make you smile each and every day.
