Meet Our Team Scott Adams Scott began his professional career in the PVF and HVAC industry and has a tremendous knowledge of plumbing and mechanical systems and fixtures and a great understanding of current construction practices ranging from new construction to renovation and remodeling of residential and commercial property.
Scott transitioned from his role as President and General Manager and started a mortgage brokerage in Scottsdale Arizona where he built a team of 16 loan officers servicing Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and California. Scott’s grasp of finance and his ability to assist clients in financial preparation and analysis are a tremendous resource to clients on the Colley Team.
Scott was recruited from the Mortgage industry into a Pharmaceutical sales role which allowed his family to relocate to Fort Collins. Scott focused on the technical and scientific aspects of the pharmaceutical role and honed his consultative sales approach with a focus on active listening as well as problem solving and negotiation. Prior to joining the Colley Team, Scott was the general manager of Northern Colorado’s largest residential property management company. Scott, his wife Shelly and daughter Raeleigh relocated from Arizona to Northern Colorado for the amazing quality of life and educational opportunities the region offers. Scott is a competitive cyclist and runner and enjoys outdoor activities with his family including camping, hiking, snow shoeing, skiing and fishing and can usually be talked into any adventure!

Meet Our Team Troi Larsen In Northern Colorado, Troi Larsen is the Realtor that “Gets the Job Done”. Troi’s first step in “Getting the Job Done” is to listen to her clients needs very carefully to gain a thorough understanding of exactly what her clients are looking for, whether buying or selling. If you are interested in buying a home, she will help you find the perfect home to fit your budget and your personal or family needs. Troi is a native of Riverton, Wyoming where she was an AllState volleyball player in high school and an Academic All American and Region IX All Conference volleyball player at Central Wyoming College (CWC). In 2007 she earned her Associates Degree with honors from CWC. She then went on to obtain her Wyoming real estate license in 2008. In addition to coaching a varsity high school volleyball team for two years, Troi has worked in the real estate business in Wyoming since 2008. In 2013, Troi moved to Fort Collins to pursue her dream as a Realtor in Northern Colorado. En route to getting her Colorado real estate license, Troi worked for Henderson Property Management, a real estate property management company that oversees 1300 rental units. After only three months on the job, Troi smashed the all time monthly unit rental record. She went on to break her own record two more times. Troi’s ultimate goal however was to work for the finest real estate firm in Northern Colorado, “The Colley Team” at RE/MAX Alliance.

Blake Nicholson
Kirk Lussenhop was born and raised in Loveland, Colorado, and has lived in Northern Colorado his entire life. As a native of the area Kirk brings a unique perspective and extensive knowledge of the Northern Colorado real estate market. Kirk has been a licensed Realtor with RE/MAX Alliance for almost 10 years, specializing in residential real estate sales of all types (single family, multi-family, vacant land, investment properties, farms/ranches, mountain property, etc.). Blake was born and raised in Grand Junction, CO. He attended Colorado State University in Fort Collins and obtained a Bachelor's in Business Marketing and Management. After college he worked as an Assistant Golf Professional for 3 years. Blake then got his Real Estate licence in 2014 in Colorado, and has moved to Timnath. He works mainly in residential real estate in Northern Colorado.

Meet Our Team Davenee Nelson Davenee Nelson has been licensed in Real Estate since 2005 beginning her career working for a builder/developer. This was a great opportunity for her to learn about the design and development of raw land through infrastructure completion into permit ready lots. Additionally she assisted in the design, construction and marketing of new homes for several new home projects.
Davenee joined RE/MAX Alliance in September 2010 and The Colley Team in 2012. She has worked with both Buyers and Sellers and prides herself in assuring that her clients have the best service including all that technology has to offer. Understanding markets, trends and values may be an art, but current web technology speeds up the process while getting the information to her clients more quickly than previous methods of communication.
Having previously pursued a 7 year career as a lighting specialist, Davenee has excellent insight into working in sales for both retail customers and new home builder clients. While in the lighting industry, she also managed a lighting showroom which included purchasing, accounting and product sales.
Davenee has lived in Northern Colorado since February 1997 with her son, Kyle and Labrador retriever, Amber. She grew up in Oklahoma and has also lived in Alaska and Texas. She was a member of Leadership Loveland 2012 in order to further her knowledge of Northern Colorado and give service to her community.

Meet Our Team Chris Rampone Chris has been living in Northern Colorado since 1989 and decided then this is the best place to live.Starting his working career in the construction and farming fields which later became a great asset for his real estate career. Over time it seemed like a natural progression to move into the real estate field to help be a advocate for others in their search for buying properties.Specializing in residential real estate, vacant land,investment properties, mountain and farm/ranch.
Chris is also a big supporter of The Larimer County Food Bank, a portion of all his sales go to support it. And not often enough he enjoys spending his free time fly fishing.(That's where his fables come from).

Understanding Market Value & Pricing Your Home Obtaining the best possible price: The best obtainable price at any given time can only be determined by thoroughly and agressively “testing the market” and challenging the competition. In the final analysis the market dictates value-based on the current pool of buyers and the current homes for sale. The listing price you select will be ant best an estimate of what you think those “test results” will be. The listing price must atrract attention and generate activity in the present market.
How Will We Know If The Price Is Too High? In a normal market, we should get at least 1-2 shows a week. If you hour is priced correctly, we should receive an offer for every 10 showings.
Tapping The Market: One of the most common mistakes in pricing real estate is the “lets start high because we can always come down” mistake. In pricing any product, whether food, clothes, cars, or houses, it is important to remember the concept of Shelf Life: that limited period of time when the product is new, fresh, and most attractive to buyers. During this period, a home must be priced right. If it is over priced and does not sell, the product tends to get stale, dated, and must be discounted to be sold. It appears that the shelf life of most homes in Loveland/Fort Collins is about 10-12 weeks, with buyers interest peaking in the 3-4 week range.
