Laura Decoster – Gold Sponsor Laura Decoster moved to Peachland in 2011 together with her 2 dogs Pasha and Day, and her husband Patrick. The year that BEEPS was formed Pasha passed away. Laura decided to sponsor the BEEPS website in honour or her dog Pasha. Laura is pictured here with her dog Day. The website is paid until 2019. Laura works at the Visitor Centre and is an avid promoter of BEEPS.

Fall 2017 Name That Bat Did you know BEEPS Directors have fondly adopted bat names? Here, Money Bat, aka Treasurer Doris, and Lady Bat aka President Darlene spread their wings!
Henry from Bug Sense voluntarily cleans-out the 8 bat houses along the Interpretive Trail. Wasps or birds could make themselves a comfortable home in a bat box. Annual maintenance will remove any debris and encourage bats to move in when returning from hibernation.
