PROGRAMME 1 - 31 MAY

This year, in the Year of Young People, The Borders Science Festival is an ideal showcase to inspire an interest in science.

WELCOM E Once there was a small, but exciting, school-based programme of science discovery events, called The Borders Science Festival.

BANG!..

Six years later, the programme has exploded to a full fun and fascinating series of events and workshops throughout May which includes something for people of all ages!

On top of that, we at Live Borders, also work with the Scottish Borders Council Children and Young People’s Services to deliver another programme of events and workshops just for schools that is always a hit. Ewan Jackson, Chief Executive of Live Borders, comments: “In line with our mission to deliver a more creative, active and a healthier Borders, our annual Science Festival continues to grow participation in an amazing series of events. The Year of Young People is an excellent fit with the programme and we look forward to seeing people of all ages engaging in thrilling science events.” FAMILY FUN DAYS THEATRE
