IMEM Production House

In the second year of IMEM, students choose a specialization for mADE Production House. They have a choice of seven companies: television, audio & video, print, radio, marketing & consultancy, events and interactive. Let’s take a look at what the second years do during production house, and what the first years can expect next year. Written by Kathryn Lang

Movie Mistakes

Gitta Gaal

The Hangover Part 2 - Bradley Cooper, aka Phil, calls Stu by his real name, “Ed”, when they are fleeing from the Russians with the monkey.

Scream 4 - In the final shot of the film, Jill’s head moves when she is actually supposed to be dead. Awkward!

Usual suspects - Different camera angle, minus 2 engines? The plane loses 2 engines in a shot taken from behind the airplane.

Saw II – Big mistake, the camera crew’s reflection is clearly visible in the van!

Snow White and the Huntsman She gets in with her hair up and gets out with her hair down. It must be magic! Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone – Harry switches sides? In the first picture, he is sitting opposite Hermione and in the next shot... wait a second... he is sitting right next to her. Titanic – So, this is the part where Rose tries to rescue Jack. Is that Rose hitting Jack’s wrist with an axe? Good job! American Pie - Do you see that? A magic cup that suddenly changes colour in a second!

Over the years, the nightlife scenery in Breda has been evolving, bars have been going through great changes regarding their crowd and popularity. We were curious to see what students considered hip and trendy before, and how it changed based on the current preferences.
