The Beatles perspective

The Beatles

Before

Picture of The Beatles playing in their recording room.

After

What I want to express in this picture is how The Beatles were such a great band and with normal instruments they created love and peace for humanity. Also with the effects that I applied such as distortion I wanted to express the craziness these four guys had to create all they created during The Beatles era.

Before

Picture of Abbey road.

This is the original image. “When you photograph something in color you photograph its outside. But when you photograph in black and white you photograph its soul.” (Ted Grant)

After:

What I wanted to express with this picture was, as the quote before stated that black and white pictures capture the soul of things; I agree but I wonder then why just black and white, lets do some coloring in a black and white picture and see what happens. This picture occurred and in my perspective we can see the soul of the image and we can se the outside of the image. It has a really deep meaning.

Before:

Picture of The Beatles in the Magical Mystery Tour.

After:

What I wanted to demonstrate in this picture was as well both sides of the black and white and the color part. Here I didn’t focus much in the soul and that stuff, the thing here was to represent how colors were appearing to camera from black and white. Also what I wanted to explain with the colors was that those exotic colors where the ones that were used by The Beatles and many other bands of that era of time.

Before:

George Harrison and John Lennon posing for the picture. After:

“A dream you dream alone is only a dream. A dream you dream together is reality.” (John Lennon) “It's all in the mind.” (George Harrison)

Before:

The Beatles sticking their faces out the window.

After:

Where I focused the most in this image was not the whole image as it is, I focused more in the shadow in the car. The shadow represents their mirror and kind of what the life is expecting to them. Curiously in this shadow the only good shadow we can appreciate is the one of Ringo Starr and he is the only one that is really a live with no doubts. Paul McCartney is alive but some people say that he already past away and that he is a double.

Before:

The Beatles in the woods.

After

“If someone thinks that peace and love are just a cliche that must have been left behind in the 60s, that's a problem. Peace and love are eternal.” (John Lennon)

Before

The Beatles riding bike.

After

The meaning of this image is simply a state I got to: live can be seen with different perspectives but The Beatles saw the best one.
