IN PERSON Just pop into our Box Office which is situated in the entrance to the theatre at the top of Cross Street.
You can pay instantly using all major credit and debit cards. Tickets can be sent directly to your home for a 70p postage and handling charge, or held for you at the Box Office.

Unwanted tickets may be exchanged for a credit voucher and must be handed in at least 24 hours before the performance. This facility is not available for events where the theatre has been hired

To hire the Theatre For shows marked H the theatre has been hired The Borough Theatre is available for hire to local amateur performance groups and to organisations based in Monmouthshire for fundraising events.
There is access to the theatre via a lift located in the market hall. There are 4 wheelchair spaces available in the auditorium for most events, and an infra red hearing assistance system. We have a toilet facility for disabled people close to the auditorium. The foyer is not accessible to those in wheelchairs, but a refreshment tray service is available from our stewards. A free ticket is available for an assistant accompanying a disabled person to the theatre. There is no admission charge for children under the age of 3, except when the theatre has been hired.
PLEASE NOTE Children attending performances at the theatre must be accompanied by a responsible adult. The use of cameras or recording equipment in the auditorium is not permitted. No smoking in any part of the theatre.
