Cheese Curlers CHEESE CURLERS With the Boska cheese curler, you can turn home cooking into a fine culinary experience in no time. Enjoy the semi-hard savory Swiss cheese Tête de Moine with a nice glass of wine. The cheese curler slices off a very thin curl allowing the delicate flavor of this cheese to develop surprisingly well. The P’tit Basque is a hard but mild sheep's cheese from the Pyrenees which, just like the flavorful smoked Gouda, is delicious when eaten lightly curled.
