Young Professional DJ workshop is designed to provide youth a positive outlet of expression through the art of DJing. Each day we will focus on a specific aspect of DJing, from getting familiar with the equipment, to mixing songs, sampling sounds, scratching records, crowd control, and more. Our hands-on workshops include guest presentations from active professional DJs and our workshops always conclude with a rooftop showcase in which youth participants will have the opportunity to curate their own event, play their own original sets, and perform for a live audience.
