Wants – Needs – Solutions...

We have a long history of working with employers dating back to 1913 when the Cadbury brothers first recognised the need to train their staff. A hundred years later, those values still remain – it’s all about innovation, partnership, inspiration and vision.

We have a truly global approach to the way we work and have helped our partners build their international links. For example, students from Korea have had work experience placements in India with our partner organisations which include Globsyn, Centum, Bombay Chamber of Commerce and others.

Case Study Bournville College was approached by Pearson; the world's leading education company, to develop and produce a bespoke training course in Creative Colouring in Seoul, Korea. All trainees were advanced practitioners, who wanted to develop their colouring skills in innovative ways and raise awareness of hair fashion colour standards across Europe. ‘The feedback we received was excellent, the trainees loved exploring their creativity. The training packs were also very well received. Bournville College is developing a great reputation in Korea as a leading vocational training provider.’ Sam Son, Korea Development Officer said.

If you don’t, you should… Our dedicated team can help you through the process. We will: • Help you decide which apprenticeship is right for your business • Explain the way that apprenticeships might work for you and whether funding is available • Agree a training plan with your apprentice • Recruit an apprentice or support your existing staff into apprenticeships • Manage the training and evaluation • Ensure that national quality standards are met and deliver integrated, coherent training

Case Study Bournville College worked with NeutrinoBI to offer the Apprenticeship in Business Administration. The Apprenticeship included; the NVQ Diploma (Level 3), a technical certificate and functional skills as well as one day per week at College. ‘If Britain is going to win in Asia’s century her businesses need constant access to qualified skilled young people. This will not be achieved and the nation will not trade its way out of economic problems unless Colleges such as Bournville College continue to produce apprentices of high quality. The more small businesses that work with Bournville College and “grow their own” with sustainable jobs at the end of it, the quicker the nation will get back on its feet and the safer and more satisfied our society will be.' Lord Digby Jones Chairman of NeutrinoBI

Customer Testimonial ‘We were delighted with the Conference and Events Centre as a venue. The building is very impressive and they have all of the facilities you would expect for a major events centre. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the Events Co-ordinator in particular helped to make it a successful day. The biggest compliment we can make is that our candidates on the day fed back to us that the venue was “excellent”. This was essential for the day, but importantly it reflected well on us as an organisation. We are already looking towards hosting a conference for our customers at Bournville College next year’ Michael Hewitt Incerts
