We do this using our unique business development packages to help you: • Bring through the next generation of staff to carry your business into the future • Improve the skills of your existing workforce to increase productivity and retention • Encourage new employees to grow with your business • Invest in apprenticeships to fill in skills gaps • Access a variety of funding packages and business grants • Discover ways in which your business can achieve growth Our team of expert business advisors can help you identify your business needs and training solutions. We offer a free organisational needs analysis to find out your business needs and develop appropriate training packages. We aim to maximise your return on investment with competitive prices and access to funding opportunities to offset your training costs.

Recruitment Solutions and New Employee Training If you have problems finding suitable applicants for a post, your organisation could benefit from our pre-employment training. We can work with you to design a programme giving potential employees the skills and knowledge needed to work in your organisation. We deliver training that gives participants the skills and confidence to apply for and maintain employment. We can then work with you to organise work trials, which will allow you to get to know the candidates prior to interview. On completion of the programme you will have a group of applicants who know exactly what the job will entail and who are excited about the prospect of working for your organisation. Benefits of working with us: • Development and delivery of fully funded, bespoke training programmes. • Provide your potential and existing workforce with the skills required to increase productivity. • Assist with the interview process including scheduling, hosting and sifting applications. • Contribute to the corporate social responsibility of the business. Apprenticeships Apprenticeships are designed by employers for employers and therefore tailored to meet the needs of each specific sector. They can improve an organisation’s productivity and profitability and are an effective means of filling skills gaps in current and future workforces. There are many business benefits, from low training costs to increased staff retention. Throughout an apprenticeship, a business advisor from the College will support and guide the employer and the apprentice. We will: • Help you decide which apprenticeship is right for your business • Explain the way that Apprenticeships might work for you and whether funding is available • Agree a training plan with your apprentice • Recruit an apprentice or support your existing staff into apprenticeships • Manage the training and evaluation • Ensure that national quality standards are met and deliver integrated, coherent training For apprenticeships and other qualifications in the workplace, please contact:
