WHO AM I? I am Carlos Adams, a passionate industrial designer who enjoys to resolve problems, take risks & challenges, and develope beautiful products. When it comes to design i really appreciate intuitiviness and usability however, i try to achieve that using minimalist shapes but aware of the fine line between inexpressive or boring & great and simple design. The real challenge for me it’s to be always innovative, not such as an empty word used in every marketing handbook, the real innovation comes when you do something unique, nowadays some designers are focused more in being shape stylist than designers, while I loathe just do restyling of something having the chance to improve it, it's clearly visible 3/4 of my portfolio is made by genuine and innovative ideas turned on real products with a real value on the market besides the aesthetics and beautiful design. Since I really enjoy what I do, I have several collaborations and out-of-school projects, design challenges, workshops and some enterpreurship and crowdfunding ventures, the last months I was very involved in the 3d printing technology, creating functional prototypes while i was in innou studio internship aswell a functional prototype for my thesis project “In Asiento�, I also like so much mechanical engineering, motorbikes and finances, I have been involved in decentralized finance projects such as bitcoin, litecoin and other technologies. I would like to be more than a worker and become a contributor of the growth and wealth of your studio/corporation.

COSTE EXTRA DE INYECCIÓN ( AGARRE TIJA) Para poder calcular el coste de la inyección haremos una estimación del número de piezas a fabricar al año. También necesitaremos el peso de la pieza y la colada y precio del material, esta pieza se calculará a parte ya que aun hay que determinar si la parte del candado se puede externalizar completamente a un fabricante que tenga el knowhow, el precio final sera orientativo y no se sumará al coste total: - Número estimado de piezas al año: 1.000 - 100.0000 (dependiendo del crowdfunding piezas. - Número de piezas por ciclo: 1. - Tiempo de ciclo estimado: 40 segundos. - Volumen aproximado de la pieza: 61,1 cm3 . - Volumen aproximado de la colada: 3,50 cm3 . - Densidad del PVC: 1,43 g/cm3 - Precio del PVC: 3,10 euros /Kg - Precio hora inyectora: 30 euros. • Peso de la pieza + la colada: 63,1x 1,43 + 3,50 x 1,43 = 95 gramos • Material necesario para fabricar las 1.000 piezas: 95 gramos x 1.000 piezas = 95.100 gramos = 95 Kg.
