1. Who am I? History of Company: Ex official manufacturer and supplier to Great Britain, Welsh, Northern Irish, Scottish and English national sports teams I moved into semi retirement in mid 2013. Whilst I have "left" the full commercial world I have retained an active interest in specialist embroidery design, production and sales. Additionally, whilst stocks last (my UK manufacturer has retired), I have maintained my own "Pure Gold" leisure clothing range. All my "Pure Gold" brand garments are made in the UK. and focus around a range of Polo Shirts and Sweatshirts. In late 1999 I entered into the garment embroidery arena in order to meet the high demand for embroidery, primarily on polo/"T" shirts and sweatshirts. In 2006 I added embroidery digitisation (conversion of logo's to machine commands for embroidery) to my skill set. Specialist/themed embroidery design and production, is the "passion" of my semi retirement working life. All embroidery is completed “in-house”. Whilst not limited my major embroidery design interest, as a member of the Richard III Society is in relation to Richard III and is positive in relation to him and his memory. My core business is based on private/club/social customers. I fully understand the demands and needs of clubs, society's and personal buyers. I pride myself on genuinely caring for all my customers, no matter what size,. I also operate a NO MINIMUM ORDER policy, and have an ability to cater for those individuals and organisations who bigger suppliers turn away as being “not worth bothering with”. I only hold a small quantity of pre embroidered garments as the wide size, colour and embroidery range I offer makes stockholding of the complete option range impractical. Embroidered garments will be produced specifically for your order, targeted for despatch to you within a 3 to 7 day days of receipt of your order. Later this year I shall be launching an internet shop, with payment being possible by "Paypal". However in the short term my products and services are available 24/7 via the traditional face to face/postal/telephone order options based on this small catalogue. Whilst this catalogue is dedicated to Richard III and my Pure Gold “own brand” product range I have also included Branded Cotton Pique Polo Shirts, together with a small range of limited stock “Special Offer” items that I believe offer exceptional value and/or exceptional quality that fit in to the Richard III focus of this catalogue. 2. Clothing size guidance Taking Measurements & Customer Designated Embroidery Whatever you buy your garment(s) for it is important to both you and ourselves that they fit you well. With this in mind please take care to measure yourself accurately before placing your order. All garments in this catalogue have the sizes available (in inches) identified within the description. Please be aware the "Pure Gold" branded range whose sizes are based on British Standards, not the smaller size standards of the most common polo/ "T"/Sweatshirt brands that are made, primarily in the far East. If you are in any doubt about sizes or fit please give me a call and I will be happy to advise you on the most appropriate size to meet your needs. Please also be aware also that it is a condition of sale that unless there is a sizing/garment/embroidery fault due to myself garments embroidered to customers personalised details cannot be exchanged (as they cannot be re-sold). Please Note: Should you not want the "text" around any of the embroidery designs below please enter the detail of what you want omitting in the "Special Instructions" box of the order form.

General or Specific Enquiries: For advice or general enquiries, or to request a "change" to any items in this catalogue to suit your preference I am more than happy to take your calls during the day, evenings or weekends 24/7. As I live “above the shop” I will often respond to messages in the evening or weekends so if possible please leave an evening/weekend number to help me speed up my response to you. Delivery The items shown for embroidery within this catalogue are embroidered personally for you following the placing of your order. It is my aim to embroider and despatch your order within 3 to 7 days from receiving your order. Should I have the embroidered garment in the design and size you require "in stock" I will of course despatch it within immediately. On the rare occasion (holidays!) that I may not be able to meet an order within 10 days I will contact you to discuss the issue. Despatch of stock items is same/next day via Royal Mail Postal Service. Postage and packaging is £3.75 for the first item plus (except Baseball Jacket which is £5) plus £1.25 for every additional item except badges which are a "one off" £1.25 (no matter how many) when sent with other items. Product Continuity Should stock for any particular item be discontinued by my suppliers at short notice, for any reason, I will endeavour to replace it/them with suitable alternatives as a matter of urgency. If you order an item that becomes unavailable before I can fulfil your order I will contact you directly with options for you to choose to solve the issue.
