Women’s Empowerment Principles Gender Pay Gap Analysis Tool Event organized by UN Global Compact, UN Women and the Inter-American Development Bank Group
The event launched the online WEPs Gender Gap Analysis Tool, which will support companies of all sectors and sizes to translate the WEPs into action by helping companies identify strengths, gaps and opportunities in existing gender equality policies and practices. The online platform will also help companies navigate other gender equality resources and tools and to benchmark progress against peers and industry standards.
