A spectacular 5 bedroom villa located in the prestigious Emirates Hills gated community in Dubai is one of Nikki B’s most recent interior design accomplishments. The space’s open, light, and airy design was driven by the needs of the client and his family who love gardens and nature inspired environments. The property lends itself to a contemporary vision, remaining practical and friendly. The 1,391 m² residence is a daring and provocative luxury villa that clearly represents the philosophy of the interior design studio. Each room contains its own style, contrasts of colors, materials, textures, and patterns. From the entrance hall through each room in this well- appointed home an exquisite experience unfolds, providing its inhabitants with the ultimate high- end, cosmopolitan lifestyle. Nikki B was not only hired for the full interior design of this project, but also the architecture; and everything including all the furniture, fixtures, and equipment were chosen by the studio. The eye-catching dining room is worth calling special attention to. The room's color palette is dominated by a rich golden yellow, accented by a blue sideboard and chairs, and contrasted with neutral tones of white, beige, and black in the walls, drapery and lighting. The contemporary HORUS chandelier by the Portuguese brand BRABBU shines over the dining table. Handcrafted in brass and plated in copper and matte black lacquer, this striking ceiling light creates a dynamic atmosphere. The Gem table lamps by KOKET which lure you to the end of the room add glamour and sensuality to this delightful space. Throughout many of the residence's main areas highly polished flooring with a mirrored effect creates an added sense of space. In terms of cuisine, the decor is quiet, charming and inviting. The core colors used for the decoration of the kitchen are white and gold, found in the contemporary ceiling light, the dining table, chairs, and walls. The floor in this space is a fun traditional black and white tile. Each room tells a unique story expressed by the parts that have been selected to compose the environment. Nikki B Signature Interiors was recently recognized for their stunning work on this Emirates Hills villa, winning design et al's 2015 International Design & Architecture Award for best Global Interior Design project in the Residential £10 Million Plus category. Design et al is a leading UK interior design magazine whose goal is to applaud the finest design projects and
recognize top talent in order to create opportunities and offer inspiration. Nikki B’s work in Emirates Hills has also been shortlisted for three of design et al’s 2016 awards in the Golf States Interior Design category - Living Spaces, Residential £5 Million Plus, and Residential £10 Million Plus.
