What are Organic Foods?

Organic Foods

Organic Foods: By definition, they are all-natural foods processed in fertile soil over the years, without synthetic chemicals and fertilizers. When nature takes its turns on the food, processing the food by itself, without man made pesticides and chemical sprays on it, it is considered organic. It depends upon the farming method taken to prevent inorganic processes and cycles to produce fresh and nutritious foods. Organic foods can include everything but under eco-friendly and environmentally safe conditions. According to organic food consultant, natural fruits and veggies have tons of advantages such as conserving the environment, producing a whole meal bursting with nutrition according to the season, conserving biodiversity and finally promoting ecological balance. Inorganic: The industrial solvents, pigments, preservatives, additives (such as synthetic sugary substances to make fruits juicy), using irradiative cycles and usage of excessive fertilizers, insecticides, GMOs, hormones, clones and growth-boosters to speed up the growth of unseasonal foods are inorganic. Many health organizations have spread articles explaining the harmful processes your food may have gone through, and what food you need to switch to.
