Your Preston Hollow Neighbors Support Ann Margolin for Dallas City Council. Dear Neighbor, Please join us in electing our friend, Ann Margolin, to the Dallas City Council. Ann and her husband Fred have lived in District 13 for 25 years. Ann has built a successful business, raised a family and been deeply involved in the community. From serving as the first woman to chair the board of Parkland Hospital, to representing us on the Dallas City Plan Commission and Park Board, Ann has a record of getting things done for our district! We were excited when the bond package passed in 2006 because it meant improvements for our park. As a Park Board member, Ann Margolin connected members of the Preston Hollow Early Childhood PTA with members of the city staff. She came to our meetings and made sure that our voices were heard. Recently, a new irrigation system was installed, and the new playground equipment will be ready for the kids this summer. Ann’s willingness to roll up her sleeves and get things done will serve us well on the City Council.
