BUILDING LANDSCAPE WELLESLEY, MA
The attention to landscape and the integration with nature are crucial in any building that is built on the Wellesley campus. In this project, the art and music programs are connected through the implementation of this annex building. The building serves as a connection between the programs as well as the academic quad with the rest of the campus. The integration of program and systems within the building allow for the establishment of an exterior and interior landscape.

At its inception, the Bauhaus broke the norm of architecture. Until this point, there was a logic and system in place that dictated how buildings would appear. In creating a connection between the Bauhaus and a museum for the Bauhaus, the building takes a submissive role. On an architecturally charged site, it is important that the Bauhaus maintains a level of significance between the two.

INTERNAL | EXTERNAL CHANDIGARH, INDIA
This project takes on the problem of high density, low-income housing in the congested city of Chandigarh, India. Focusing on the internal relationships established within communities, this project takes the sense of community to the surrounding area, the relationships created in the internal public spaces, the neighbor to neighbor relationship of the pod units and the focus of the family unit with the inclusion of private internal open space for each unit. The density of the site stands at 108 units per hectare for a total of 486 units.

THE BEACON NEW BEDFORD, MA
New Bedford was once known as “The City that Lit the World.” This new wind energy research facility will give New Bedford a new way to light the world through clean energy. The facility will be a beacon for renewable energy use in the United States through its definitive linear forms and spaces for public interaction.
