Joining the charming Rwandan-Scottish Doctor in his time-hopping adventures to Regency England, the 1960s and various “war-torn futures” is Ruby Sunday, played by “Coronation Street’s” Millie Gibson. Former Doctor David Tennant (“Good Omens”) also makes an appearance alongside Catherine Tate (“Starter for 10,” 2006).
