The Three Musketeers - Part II: Milady

In his search for the abducted Constance (Khoudri), D’Artagnan (Civil) is captured by Gaston’s (Frison) men. After eluding them, he comes upon the captive Milady de Winter (Green) and they escape together. Meanwhile, after surviving the attempt on his life, Louis XIII (Garrel) declares war against the Protestants. Forced into battle, the now four musketeers must contend with the physical and emotional obstacles ahead of them.

Founders Day

The Old Oak

The Old Oak is the last remaining pub in a village in northeast England. Once thriving with miners and their families, many moved away after the closure of the mines. The houses left behind at- tract many Syrian refugees, creating tension among the locals. The empathy and compassion exhibited by TJ Ballantyne (Turner), the owner of The Old Oak, towards Yara (Mari), a young Syrian woman, challenges these hostilities as TJ and Yara bond over her love for photography and open up to one another. TJ shares photographs of what the village used to look like with her and the struggles many had faced living there. In turn, Yara shares with TJ the losses she suffered on her journey to be free.
