Local mental health care experts were able to give a clearer understanding of the term “mental health” and how to make it a priority in daily life.

Amanda Mithun is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who works for Lakewood Health System in Staples, as a Behavioral Health Home Integration Specialist and provides therapy to students at Central Lakes College.
