Copper Cat Escape Games

Immerse yourself in a real life adventure game. Your group of adventurers will discover clues, solve puzzles, and complete the objectives in a limited amount of time. The Purple Fern Bath Company in downtown Brainerd will put you at ease the moment you step inside. This quaint little shop will cheer you up on a gloomy day. You’ll get all of the tips, tricks, and techniques to get you started. All supplies and instructions are included in the class. Plus, you get to keep your bath creation. Registration is required so Purple Fern Bath Company can have the appropriate supplies for everyone. Private groups and parties are available with a minimum of 6 people. Lakes Party & Bounce House

Lakes Party & Bounce House is 6,000 square feet of inflatable fun! They have one of the largest indoor inflatable slides. And kids can run, jump, and play in the obstacle courses, slides, and jump houses. It’s a fun, safe, and a clean place for kids to burn off extra energy, especially when the weather outside is cold or rainy. There’s even a private VIP room that can be reserved for parties.

Northern Minnesota Railroad Heritage Association

Commonly referred to as the Crosslake Train Club, this is a great way to spend an afternoon. You can watch club members work on building exhibits and running trains on display. There is a small display that children can operate too. You’ll be blown away at the attention to detail of the two floors with running train models!

Indoor Waterparks

When it’s cool and rainy outside, head inside where the weather is always perfect. Arrowwood Lodge in Baxter is home to Paul Bunyan’s waterpark and recreation center. The waterpark boasts 30,000 square-feet of slides, a lazy river, zerodepth entry pool, and a large treehouse with water cannons! Admission is included with your room stay.

Holiday Inn Express Three Bears

Waterpark and Laser Tag is another waterpark option in the heart of Brainerd/ Baxter. Large slides (a tube slide and a body slide), the Big Splash 1,000 gallon splash bucket, and a lazy river bring the fun to families. Day passes may be available to nonhotel guests depending on season and capacity.
