1.Mechanical Maintenance
Spring cleaning and servicing your air conditioner unit will help ensure that it works when you turn it on for those hot and humid days. Plus, a well-tuned AC unit will run more efficiently. Hire a service tech to check things like the air filter, wash the evaporator coil and condensing unit, and check refrigerant charge. In the hot summer months, repair contractors tend to be inundated with calls so getting your routine maintenance done in the spring will keep you cool.

2.Yard Work
After winter’s slumber, your yard will need some attention to get summer ready. Aerating, removing excess thatch, and fertilizing will make a huge difference in the health of your grass. Having an irrigation system also helps for watering consistently. Hiring a lawn service company can help maintain your yard and keep it in peak condition during the hot summer months.

One of the best feelings of spring is getting those docks in after months of frozen lakes. It’s a welcome milestone in the changing of seasons. 4.Pest Control
