The application user’s are as follows: Admin: Users will create role and grant access to everyone in the system Can also track and report activity Cashier: Basically the users that record transactions in the system and deal with customers Share records with the Manager Manager: Will track the available currency and total transactions performed in a day Responsible for creating an opening balance

Application is divided into following accounts: Master-Till Account: This account maintains the record of the total currency collected along with the master record Suspense Account: During daily closure, Cashier checks the amount and if there is any erroneous transaction Swift Bank Account: The application converts travel cheque’s directly into the currency
