On behalf of Brampton Library board members and staff,
inspiring connections
What’s inside...
From the CEO
Once again, I am proud to present Brampton Library’s incredible lineup of free programming for April to June 2024.
Registration information
About our programs
All programs are free! Everyone is welcome to drop in, unless registration is required, as noted. Some programs require free tickets to be picked up 30 minutes before the program starts. Arrive early to avoid disappointment.
Registration tips
Follow these easy steps to register:
One of the most important goals of the Library is to become the community’s choice for partnerships. We are always on the lookout for what our community needs and for ways to meet those needs in partnership with organizations that specialize in that area. We are not experts in newcomer settlement, entrepreneurship, career development, mental health, or technology innovation, but we sure know where to find the people who are! Through our partnerships, we are able to expand the services you find in your Library, all in one place.
• Visit our website at bramptonlibrary.ca
• Select Calendar under the Programs tab.
Many of the programs you will find in this guide are done in partnership with a valued community organization. In particular, you will see programs presented with Brampton’s Innovation District, such as Tech Talks, or the Brampton Entrepreneur Centre (BEC), who will be available for drop-in Entrepreneur Zone advice at some locations on specific evenings. We are also working with Best Foot Forward Professional Services and with Job Skills, who are co-presenting some of the interview and resume workshops you will find here.
• Click the Date range tab on the left side of the page.
• Change the To field from today’s date to June 30.
• Type one or two words of the program name into the Search for events field and click enter. Search results will appear on the page.
Please note: Schedules are subject to change without notice. Check our calendar of events at bramptonlibrary.ca for the most up-to-date programming information.
These are just a few of the exciting programs the Library is offering this spring to help you learn, grow, and connect. There’s lots more, for all ages and interests, and all of them free of charge. I hope you will join us for as many as you can.
