Todos esperam passar momentos agradáveis num local emblemático para o cavalo Lusitano e para a produção equina nacional e, quem sabe, adquirir um dos belos e funcionais exemplares de seu ferro. Situada bem no interior do país, a António Coudelaria de Alter tem características Pimentel Saraiva Presidente da Companhia únicas de enquadramento paisagístico que das Lezírias convidam a larga maioria dos aqui Chairman of Companhia das Lezírias presentes no dia de hoje a regressarem mais vezes a esta verdadeira festa anual, sejam nacionais ou estrangeiros. Este ano contaremos com uma breve exibição da Escola Portuguesa de Arte Equestre e iremos homenagear o nosso mais afamado exemplar, o cavalo Rubi AR! Uma palavra muito especial para a Sr.ª Ministra da Agricultura e do Mar que faz da presença no leilão anual 2015 um dos pontos altos do seu Roteiro do Cavalo Lusitano e ainda para todas as autoridades e visitantes que nos honram sempre com a sua presença. omo é hábito, serão apresentados animais com elevados critérios de selecção e padronizados pelos excelentes andamentos, uma das principais características do “Alter Real”. A leilão está um lote de 16 animais com características distintas para incentivar novos criadores, através da sua comprovada funcionalidade. Com genética semelhante Francisco Beja aos melhores exemplares da própria Resp. Prod. Equina da Coudelaria de Alter Coudelaria, os animais apresentados Equine Production Mgr. possuem ascendência baseada em Alter Stud gerações de selecção e funcionalidade. Houve a preocupação de criar uma espécie de “montra” alargada, quer através de vídeos quer através de fotografias, que permitiu aos interessados fazerem, previamente, uma primeira avaliação das potencialidades dos animais presentes a leilão. E, para que a avaliação possa ser ainda mais completa, todos os animais serão exibidos montados perante a assistência.n

oday, Alter Real National Stud, receives its visitors with open arms. Everybody is looking to spend pleasant moments in this emblematic place for Lusitano horses and for the national equine production, and perhaps, to buy one of the beautiful and functional Alter Real branded horses. Located inland, Alter Real Stud has single landscape aspects that invite the large majority of our national or foreign visitors to return again and again to this annual celebration. This year we will have a short exhibition from the Portuguese School of Equestrian Art and we will pay a tribute to the most famous Alter Real horse, named Rubi AR! A very special word to our Minister of Agriculture and Sea, that will be with us this year in one of the highest points of her Lusitano Horse road show and for all the authorities and visitors for their presence. s usual, we will present animals with high selection criteria and with excellent gaits. One of the main qualities of Alter Real horses. Sixteen animals of proven functionality will be at the auction with different characteristics to incentivate new breeders. With genetics from the best horses of our stud as result of generations of breed selection and functionality. This wide choice can be observed through photos and short videos, allowing potential buyers to make a prior evaluation of the potential of the animals at the auction. For a better analysis, all horses will be ridden during the presentation.n

REGuLatiOnS

1. O leilão é organizado pela Coudelaria de Alter, actualmente integrada na Companhia das Lezírias, SA. 2. Para participar no leilão os interessados, pessoas colectivas ou individuais, terão de possuir capacidade jurídica plena e deverão fazer um registo prévio para adquirir a qualidade de participante no leilão, o que poderá ser feito por uma das seguintes formas: a) Através do email geral@alterreal.pt; b) Pelo telefone +351 245 610 060, do fax +351 245 610 068; c) No Secretariado do local até às 14h30 do dia 24 de Abril.

1. The auction is organised by Coudelaria de Alter (Alter Stud Farm), which is currently part of Companhia das Lezírias, S. A. 2. To participate in the auction interested parties, whether companies or individuals, must have full legal rights of representation and register ahead of time to take part in the auction, which can be done in one of the following ways: a) by email at geral@alterreal.pt. b) by telephone on +351245610060 or Fax +351245610068. c) at the site office up to 2.30 pm on 24th April.

3. Para se inscrever como participante no leilão, o interessado deverá indicar o nome, o contacto telefónico, a morada e o NIF do licitador/comprador, bem como fazer prova da regularidade dos seus poderes de representação, no caso de se tratar de pessoa colectiva ou de representar terceiro. Será atribuída a cada participante, regularmente registado, uma raquete de licitação, com uma identificação numérica, que será utilizada para licitar durante o leilão, mediante a entrega de uma caução de 10€ (em numerário), a devolver no retorno da raquete. 4. No momento do levantamento da raquete de licitação será entregue ao Participante uma fotocópia da Folha de Compra em Leilão, para que o mesmo tenha o mais pleno conhecimento das condições de venda neste leilão e dos cuidados que deverá ter na observação prévia do animal ou animais a adquirir. 5. Os equinos podem ser observados, na Coudelaria de Alter a partir de 14 de Abril onde serão prestados todos os esclarecimentos necessários, estando disponíveis para consulta e análise todos os documentos médico-veterinários e meios complementares de diagnóstico disponíveis, que fazem parte integrante do relatório clínico do animal. 6. As informações contidas nestes documentos não dispensam o exame em acto de compra por médico veterinário, contratado pelo interessado e a expensas do mesmo. 7. O valor base de licitação de cada equino será divulgado, no momento da entrada do animal em leilão. 8. A organização reserva-se o direito de alterar o número de equinos anunciados e de mandar retirar da praça qualquer deles, sem qualquer necessidade de publicitar a justificação de tal decisão. 9. Não são autorizados lances inferiores a 100 euros. 10. Imediatamente após a adjudicação pelo melhor lance, o que consubstancia a venda do equino, o comprador assinará a Folha de Compra em Leilão, pela qual dá o seu acordo à compra pelo valor correspondente ao da arrematação, acrescido do IVA à taxa legal em vigor, nas condições expressas nessa Folha de Compra em Leilão e na qual exibe, para preenchimento da referida folha, o original do Cartão de Cidadão ou o Bilhete de Identidade e o Cartão de Contribuinte, devendo fornecer ainda a sua morada e contactos actualizados. 11. A referida Folha de Compra em Leilão será substituída pela assinatura do Contrato de Compra e Venda, no momento do levantamento do animal na Coudelaria de Alter. 12. O pagamento será feito a pronto, no final do Leilão, no mesmo dia, junto do Secretariado, mediante cheque, numerário ou cartão de débito ou crédito. 13. O(s) equino(s) apenas pode(m) ser levantado(s), após o efetivo e integral pagamento do(s) mesmo(s) e após a assinatura do respectivo Contrato de Compra e Venda . 14. Os compradores deverão proceder ao levantamento dos equinos até dia 8 de Maio de 2015, impreterivelmente. 15. O Contrato de Compra e Venda apenas é eficaz e produz todos os seus efeitos jurídicos, a partir do momento em que se verifique a boa cobrança do cheque ou se comprove a realização do pagamento, caso o pagamento não seja feito em numerário e, ainda, a partir do momento em que o equino é levantado na Coudelaria de Alter, transferindo-se a propriedade do equino. 16. Caso o comprador não levante o(s) equino(s) no prazo previsto, o contrato de compra e venda considera-se resolvido automaticamente e com todos os seus efeitos, pelo que o interessado comprador perderá o valor que entretanto já haja pago e não terá direito de levantar o(s) equino(s) em causa, como consequência da resolução do contrato. 17. O levantamento e embarque dos equinos é da inteira responsabilidade do comprador, incluindo-se nisso o próprio acto do embarque no veículo transportador. 18. Todos os licitadores, a partir do momento em que procedem ao levantamento da raquete para licitação obrigam-se, de forma definitiva, a acatar as disposições do presente Regulamento, não podendo deixar de o aceitar ou cumprir, alegando o seu desconhecimento, sob pena de poderem ser impedidos de licitar em futuros leilões, realizados na Coudelaria de Alter ou na Companhia das Lezírias, SA.

3. To register as a participant in the auction, the person concerned must include their name, telephone number, address and the tax number of the bidder/buyer as well as proving their right to act on the bidder/buyer's behalf in the case of a company or body or a third party. Each duly registered participant will be assigned a bidding paddle with a number that will be used for the bidding process at the auction on payment of a security deposit of 10 euros (in cash), which will be repaid once the paddle is returned. 4. On collecting the bidding paddle the participant will receive a “Purchase at Auction Sheet” copy so that they can be informed of the conditions of sale of the auction and the care that should be taken with prior viewing of the animal or animals they intend to buy. 5. The horses can be viewed at Alter Stud Farm (Coudelaria de Alter) from 14th April where all necessary information will be given and all veterinary documents as well supplementary diagnostic information will be made available, which are an integral part of the animal's clinical report. 6. The information in these documents does not release potential buyers from the need to have an independent vet examine the horse at the potential buyer's expense. 7. The starting bid for each horse will be disclosed at the time the animal goes to auction. 8. The organisation reserves the right to change the number of advertised horses and take any of them off the market without any need to advertise the reason for that decision. 9. No bids of less than 100 euros are permitted. 10. Immediately after finishing as the highest bidder, which represents the sale of the horse, the buyer shall sign the “Purchase at Auction Sheet”, which is an agreement to purchase the horse for the highest amount bid, plus VAT at the legal rate, based on the conditions outlined in the “Purchase at Auction Sheet”, for which they shall show their passport or ID card and their taxpayers' card and must also provide an address and up-to-date contact details. 11. The “Purchase at Auction Sheet” will be replaced by the “Purchase and Sale Agreement” once the animal is collected at Alter Stud Farm (Coudelaria de Alter). 12. Payment will be made at the end of the auction, on the same day, at the site office, by cheque, cash or credit/debit card. 13. The horse(s) may only be collected after payment in full and after signing the “Purchase and Sale Agreement”. 14. Buyers should collect the horses by 8th May 2015, at the latest. 15. “The Purchase and Sale Agreement” is only effective and produces all its legal effects from the moment cheques have been duly cashed or credit have been verified if payments are not made directly in cash and from the moment the horse is collected at Alter Stud Farm (Coudelaria de Alter), when its ownership is transferred. 16. If the buyer does not collect the horse(s) within the prescribed period, the “Purchase and Sale Agreement” and all its effects shall be automatically resolved, so that the interested buyer will forfeit any amount paid so far and shall not be entitled to collect the horse(s) concerned, as a result of termination of the contract. 17. Collection and loading of the horses is the responsibility of the buyer, including the very act of loading them onto the transport vehicle. 18. All bidders, from the moment they collect their bidding paddle undertake, definitively, to comply with the provisions of these Regulations and must not fail to accept of comply with them by claiming ignorance of said regulations, and shall otherwise be prevented from bidding at future auctions held at Alter Stud Farm (Coudelaria de Alter) or by Companhia das Lezírias, S. A.

EPaE A Escola Portuguesa de Arte Equestre, sequência do que foi a Picaria Real, academia equestre da corte portuguesa, que utilizava o Picadeiro Real de Belém, actualmente «Museu dos Coches», continua a utilizar exclusivamente cavalos de ferro Alter. Este ano a Escola apresentará no dia do leilão um « pas de deux », onde dois cavaleiros executam um trabalho de Escola, jogando com um efeito de espelho.

RuBi Rubi, uma das grandes referências da Coudelaria de Alter, é de longe o cavalo Puro Sangue Lusitano com maior palmarés nacional e internacional na Dressage. Participou nos Jogos Equestres Mundiais 2010, nos EUA; esteve no Campeonato da Europa 2011, na Holanda; foi 16º classificado nos Jogos Olímpicos 2012, em Inglaterra; alcançou a 7ª posição do ranking mundial FEI dos melhores garanhões de Dressage, em 2012; participou no Campeonato da Europa 2013, na Dinamarca; atingiu o 6º lugar no ranking mundial FEI dos melhores garanhões de Dressage, em 2013. O Rubi será justamente homenageado durante este Leilão.
