Terms and Conditions Christmas Party and New Year’s Eve Events Terms and Conditions 2019 RESERVATIONS: All offers are subject to availability. All verbal bookings will be treated as provisional and will be held for a maximum of 7 days pending receipt of written confirmation and the appropriate deposit. PARTIES AND EVENTS: Deposits and pre-payment are required for the featured events in this brochure. When booking Christmas Parties and Boxing Day, a non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person is required at the time of booking. The balance of payment must be made by 1st November 2019. When booking after 1st November 2019 full payment is required. Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve will require a 50% deposit and the balance of payment must be made by 1st November 2019. Payment can be made by credit card, cheque (made payable to the hotel) or by bank transfer. All additional charges incurred during your evening must be settled prior to departure. CANCELLATIONS OR AMENDMENTS TO PARTIES AND EVENTS: Parties will have the flexibility to cancel a maximum of 5 guests prior to 1st November 2019 without penalty, however the £10.00 per person deposit will stand. Beyond 1st November 2019 no refunds of monies paid will be made due to cancellation or decreases in the number of guests attending. Bookings not paid in full by 1st November, will be deemed to have been cancelled and any monies paid will be retained by the hotel. Monies for cancellation and non-arrival are forfeited and cannot be transferred to cover drinks entertainment or overnight accommodation for other members of the party. Any amendments to menu choices, table plans or settings must be made at least 48 hours prior to your event taking place.
