If you have a multi-colour, photo or even single colour artwork, Supacolour is the answer. Supacolour provides vibrant, crisp graphics whilst being very cost effective.

EMBROIDERY

This traditional method of decorating products with high density stitching on computerised multi-head machines is a popular favourite.

SUPASUB

Provides the solution for replicating full colour artwork on hard to decorate products. It is a sublimated patch which is then sewn directly onto the product.

SUPAETCH

Supaetch is a laser-etched Suede Patch, that comes in a range of colours, which is then sewn directly onto a wide range of products.

SUPAFLEX

Dye Sublimation

Sublimation is a printing transfer process which uses heat sensitive sublimation inks to permanently dye synthetic fabrics.

The process, which is called “Dye Sublimation”, involves the use of a special heat sensitive dye to print your design onto paper. The printed paper is then placed with the synthetic fabric into a heat press and pressed for a pre-determined period.

The sublimation cycle transfers the design from the paper to the fabric. Sublimation is always done on white synthetic materials and at high temperatures.

As the sublimation process actually dyes the fabric, the colour is “in” the fabric and not on top, as is the case with traditional screen printing methods. This gives a much better feel to the product, as well as colour fastness and the ability to print unlimited colours.

As only white fabrics are suitable for sublimation printing, any “white” that you see in a sublimated design will actually be unprinted fabric. Sublimation gives you the ability to create colourful, long lasting designs on these products - so get creative!
