Our team will gather as much information as possible to create a personalized property analysis for your home. Using market data, sold comparables and your current competition, our analysis will provide an estimate of value based on the numbers and our expert opinion. During our second meeting we will also provide you with a detailed marketing game plan custom-tailored to your home.
We will help you create a comprehensive list of what needs to be done to get your property ready for market. From landscaping clean-up to pressuring washing, painting and even staging, we will work with you to get the right list of vendors and ensure your home is presented to the market in the best way possible.

List and Market Your Property The first 10 days on the market are the most critical. On the day we go live on the market we will have all of our ads (digital and print) placed, brochures and feature sheets printed, a beautiful email campaign sent out, a for sale sign installed and invitations sent out inviting buyers to the “first look� open house weekend.

Receive, Present and Accept an Offer on Your Property Our follow up with buyers before and after every showing is key. Once an offer is received on your property we will set up a face-to-face meeting ASAP to review the offer together and discuss your options for responding. Negotiating is an art and something that improves with time and experience. Most buyers and sellers will be involved in 3-5 transactions over their entire lifetime. With over 40 years of experience putting together all different types of real estate transactions, Joseph has the experience and knowledge to help you negotiate the best contract possible to obtain your financial goals and timelines.

As past President of Bellevue Lifespring, I have witnessed firsthand the amazing contributions the Windermere Foundation has made to our community through donations, employee engagement and volunteerism over the last 10 years. Bellevue LifeSpring’s “Break Time- Meal Time” program has received a total of $231,000 from the Windermere Foundation. These gifts have provided food to children in Bellevue who are at risk of hunger every day and rely on free and reduced lunches at school. In addition, the Windermere Foundation and brokers have helped adopt more than 65 families through Bellevue LifeSpring’s Holiday Adopt-a-Family program. At our annual luncheon this past March, the Windermere Foundation Eastside was awarded Bellevue LifeSpring’s Wings Award. This award celebrates individuals, businesses and organizations that touch the lives of children and their families by creating solutions to significant issues. Previous recipients include John Howie and Lexus of Bellevue.
