For more than 15 years, I have been working with great pleasure on projects – such as FutureLand, Port Pavilion in the Leuvehaven in Rotterdam and the new Port Experience Centre on Maasvlakte 2 – in which large groups of the public enter the port and really experience the port itself; from the city to the Maasvlakte. It is the first time the Port has engaged a prominent architect, and I’m sure the new Centre will become an iconic landmark in Rotterdam.

I love Rotterdam, its architecture, nononsense vibe and the fact there are so many nationalities and cultures living together here. Wherever I go, I take my camera with me, so I don’t miss a thing!
